A large tree branch fell during a storm which pierced my roof and caused a leak from a bedroom ceiling. I contacted Kerrigan Roofing And Restoration for an estimate. Securing a new roof covered by insurance and accomplishing all the steps involved can be a challenging task. Kerrigan made this process as straightforward as I could have imagined. My first interaction was with Tyler Bussard who is a certified home exterior specialist with Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration. He did an excellent job assessing the damage to my roof and assisted me with my homeowner’s insurance claim. He made it a point to be present and accompany the insurance inspector during the evaluation of the property damage. Tyler then assembled the estimate and, to my relief, it was completely approved for replacement just as he predicted. Tyler and the entire Kerrigan Team were exceptional in guiding me through the complex roofing and insurance process. They answered all of my questions and concerns as well as demonstrated a total commitment to the comprehensive approach that resolved all issues related to my roof replacement. The result has been outstanding and the appearance of my roof is fantastic. Overall, I have had a tremendous experience working with Kerrigan Roofing And Restoration. Many thanks to Tyler and the entire Kerrigan Team for their hard work and dedication. Their craftsmanship has enhanced the value of my older home. I was very impressed with the service I received at the start. As time went on, communication deteriorated. After the job was completed, and prior to final payment, I discovered a leak where I didn't have one before. I shared my concern a few times. Ultimately, I was told over the phone that there couldn't be a leak and I had to pay the invoice or it would be sent for collection. Against better judgment, I paid the invoice via the Quickbooks link provided. Shortly after, I received a call asking me for payment. I shared that I had already remitted payment and was still unhappy with how my concern was ignored. I was told that they do not get any notification when a bill is paid via Quickbooks. Honestly, I feel conflicted about posting this review, but I feel more could have been done to address my concern ... which may result in having to hire another company to investigate the leak & fix it, if needed.
