Kevin did the work on my car, which consisted of Xpel paint protective film on the front bumper, fenders, hood, headlights, and mirrors. Kevin has a great eye for detail and saw a defect on my bumper while he was applying the film and thought the defect would appear more pronounced once the film was applied. After discussion we decided to have it addressed before the film was applied. The end result is the most important thing and I'm very pleased with that. Facility is well equiped and clean. Guys were easy to work with and very reponsive.They listened to what I wanted, didn't try to sell me. They did suggest one change, which I agreed to and am glad I did. While Bo put a smile on a departing customer, I watched some Formula One racing on a plush couch in the waiting area. Bo knew exactly what was needed for my bike and helped me understand what was possible. His expertise, knowledge and guidance closed the deal. I received my motorcycle on the day for pick up.I observed the PPF film and ceramic coating detail and could only say “wow". The film was placed on the tank; in areas that would prevent my legs from scratching the paint. It was seamless. You could not tell where the where the film ended anywhere on the tank. It was perfect. Also, those parts where the ceramic coating took place: GEORGEOUS. Bravo to Automobilia for their attention to detail, professional attitude, customer service and awesome end product. They even suggested covering the shiny, black plastic on the center console using "stealth" PPF because the center console is a dust and fingerprint magnet that reflects light and is hard to see in the sunlight - it worked perfectly, as shown in the attached photos. Their passion for excellence in workmanship is second to none, and their communication method with their clients is the best I have seen, with messages sent simultaneously via e-mail and text message, allowing you to easily respond using either method. I have never said this about any other vendor, but they made me feel like family because my interactions with everyone who works at Automobilia was so personal. I got the whole Jeep wrapped to protect the paint, a layer of ceramic coating on the paint protection plus the interior, UV protection on all the windows and lastly, they colored my calipers. The "nightmare" shop told me that my expectations were too high, and that was when I started searching for a better option. I have been bringing my vehicles to Automobilia for several years now. I've brought them everything from my old Infinitis to my wife's new Acura. For services ranging from a quick detail to full paint protection film and ceramic coating. Most recently I brought in my new Jaguar F-type, which was a former showroom vehicle at my local dealership. The Jag had taken many scratches on the body and even one on a wheel while in the showroom. I purchased the Jag knowing that I would be bringing it to Automobilia for paint protection film and ceramic coating. When I took delivery of the Jag from the dealer all of the scratches were still there even after asking them to attempt buffing them out. None of this surprised me. On the day I dropped off the Jag at Automobilia I went over all of the spots on the car that were troubling me with Christian. I'm super fussy and typically worry when handing over my cars to anyone, but somehow Christian always seems to be able to put me at ease. I always leave there knowing it is in the absolute best hands. When I picked up my Jaguar I was stunned. It was beyond perfect and again Automobilia exceeded my expectations. In all honesty, I didn't think it would be possible for anyone to fully correct the scratch on the wheel and one on the front quarter, but here it was perfect. My wife surprised me with getting the truck (2019 Ram Rebel) detailed along with a ceramic coating. It looked better than when it came off of the dealers lot! These guys are industry leaders. Period. I brought in my GTI in to get bumper holes repaired, ceramic coated, and paint protection film installed. While they had my GTI for a week, they let me take out one of their courtesy cars so I wouldn't be stranded. Let alone the fact that these guys care so much to offer courtesy vehicles, they deck them out with the works (PPF, Ceramic coating, tints). The end result of my car was stunning to say the least. I was well worth the almost hour drive I had to make getting to them.. and this wasn't the only time either. Since then I had come back for tints and even basic car washes. Automobilia knows how to take care of their clients, I had a rock chip that tore through my PPF on the hood of my car, while this wasn't typically a warranted incident, Christian, ensured that I was in good hands by working with XPEL to make sure I wasn't down and out. I was more than willing to pay out of pocket to get the hood redone on my car but this is exactly why I said that these guys are industry leaders. Customer service = top notch. 8-30-19 Since all the details don’t fit in this review we condensed it. This was our first 2 times ever using Automobilia. To be fair, we agreed to try Automobilia at their quoted rates, which are much higher than every other detail establishment around. They explained their pricing packages up front and what would be done. Vehicle 1. Red, 2007 Solara convertible, was for exterior only. Cost was $485. Yup, $485 for exterior only. Did not include engine cleaning. This was for paint and convertible top restoration / treatment. Paint restoration was fantastic and convertible top came out fantastic. The black trim was not touched. We brought it back and Christian immediately brought the car inside to correct the concern. He stated they applied 2 coats of their product. We looked at it together and we told him it didn’t look much better. He said to wait till tomorrow, see how it looked and that it may need additional treatments. He also stated that since the parts were plastic their products and most products wouldn’t improve the appearance very much. I stated I disagreed and in fact the trim was metal. We called him the next day and told him we were not satisfied with the black trim treatment. The good from Automobilia; Paint restoration is fantastic. If you want this result, and are willing to pay an expensive price for it, then Automobila is a good choice to have the work done. Excellent work. The area in need of improvement; Black trim on a vehicle. Poor results Vehicle 2. Black, 2011 Lexus RX 350 was for complete detail, inside, outside, and engine cleaning. Cost was $485. Engine was clean. Exterior was great with the exception of the 4 small concave areas behind each door handle and black trim pieces. Leroy said the machine could not get into that area and that was the reason why they were not done. We questioned him why they were not done by hand. He refused to answer and went directly onto another subject. Interior cleanliness was on par with what you would get from most car wash establishments, that do detailing, which is not what this customer would expect from a “salon” and at double the cost. In defense of Automobila, Leroy did state upon initial inspection, before any work was done, that not all marks / stains / scratches would be removable. We have no complaints about those “non-removable” marks / stains / scratches nor did we question them. The multiple interior areas that need better cleaning are various plastic and leather areas such as door sills, trim. We cleaned a small section of each area to (prove) show Christian and Leroy the quality of work was in fact inferior. We also bought some polishing compound and car polish to clean and polish 1 concave area behind the door handle to (prove) show Christian and Leroy the quality of work was in fact inferior. Does a Toyota convertible or Lexus RX350 deserve less quality than other vehicles? Is this the level of service all vehicles receive from Automobila? The good; Exterior, paint restoration is great. If you want this result, and are willing to pay for it, then Automobila is the place to have the work done. Excellent work. Interior is average. On par with most any other detailing establishments BUT the other places cost much less. The areas in need of improvement; Interior detailing could use more attention to detail. Various plastics and leather areas needed to be cleaned better. These are not hidden areas such as door sills, seat bottoms, trim, etc. Exterior black plastic, metal were NOT done at all. To summarize; I agree with other reviews that the price is very expensive for decent results. The final cost doesn’t match the realistic expected results. Having to return, or have them correct issues before taking the vehicle, is disappointing. Less

The staff took extreme care to keep from damaging the paint, and I appreciated that they didn't try to rush it out to meet the original time estimate. It cost a bit more than quoted, but I don't think they knew up front how difficult it would be. I would rather pay a little more for a great result than have it less than perfect, and it was truly perfect when I got the car back. I continue to have a great experience every time I bring my car in for work. I don't have a high end sports car or SUV, but they treat my Subaru Outback with the same care and respect they give to those much more expensive rides. I had them install full XPEL film on the the front with Ceramic Pro 9H on the rest shortly after purchasing the car new in early 2017. I took it in for a one year checkup last year, and it is in for a two year refresh right now. Even with 72000+ miles on it (I drive a lot!), their products have kept my car looking amazing, with relatively low maintenance on my part. I referred a colleague to them when he bought his new Tesla, and he seems very happy as well. I certainly recommend talking with them if you are considering doing something to protect your car... they are always willing to answer questions and will work to provide options to meet your needs. I found this shop actually searching for 3M Crystalline tint option, but was notified that they had switched to Xpel brand instead. No big deal. I drove from Boston in August 2018 for getting windows tinted on my BMW M235i. I got the Xpel XR plus all around with windshield sun strip option. (over $600 worth of service) Made an appointment on a Saturday around 1pm, but had some traffic on the way and called in to let them know I’ll arrive a bit late and they were cool with me doing so. Tinting took about 3h-4h (because I remember leaving just as the shop was closing down) and I waited inside the shop, which was alright with couch and TV. They were not able to provide official warranty slip for Xpel tint, but said receipt for payment can be provided. They even give me a free T-shirt as a customer driving from far away. Everything was smooth until this part, I thought. However, on the way back home, I noticed that there was some bubbly texture on the mirror trim piece on driver side. I initially thought it must have been oil or some residue leftover. But when I touched it, it was actually melted plastic piece. So, it must have been damaged by heat gun treatment of tint films. On top of this, I had also noticed upon closer inspection, tinted windows had bubbles (see sample pic--this is after a couple of days of ‘sun baking’ period). So, I contacted the shop for proper recourse. Initial response was obviously denial, saying that the damage is not by heatgun, but rather ‘scuff marks’. Only after couple more pictures of the spot, they assumed liability (which they said would cover up to $250). I asked local BMW dealerships if mirror panel (plastic part) can be purchased individually, but found that it is only available as the assembly, which part by itself costs about $500. I emailed Automobilia this quote asking what they think of it, but I have not received any response for more than a month. Neither email, nor phone calls. Disappointing and unprofessional. Also, they didn't mention anything about bubbles in the tint. It is funny that I received advertisement email from them, but no reply. I called in again recently (a couple of weeks ago), but the person in charge was away at the moment and couldn’t reach him. At this point I may just give up and accept that I made a mistake of choosing this shop. Aren’t they supposed to have some sort of insurance that cover these kinds of damages??? Also, I see Automobilia’s employee (Mariana Pinheiro) leaving the company 5 star review. What the…. TL;DR (summary): I would probably stay away from this company if you value your car, as they do not cover in case of damage. They had no mention of tint job that has bubbles in them. In my prev experience, a cheaper $300 tint didn't have bubbles! Leaving its own ratings is also sketchy practice. Less

And let me say that both times I was there, I was surrounded by high end cars, brought there by discriminating owners. Took my brand new 2018 Audi S5 Sportback in Tango Red to Automobilia to get it protected because it’s so beautiful. My experience with them was top notch from the get go. The level of knowledge of the products they sell is unmatched and won’t push other products. It’s what you want done. I got full tints, PPF on entire front, headlights, mirrors, rocker panels and custom rear piece and ceramic pro on entire car, wheels and calipers. A ton of work. This was my baby. When I picked it up it looked so amazing the entire shop emptied to take pics and videos. The PPF is completely invisible. The ceramic pro makes this car look like it’s wet paint. Not a single detail missed. The tint top quality. Alex (owner) told me that the hood piece of film wanted it to be 3 pieces and he said there was no way he was going to have that so a custom piece was made for the hood. These guys go out of there way like it’s there car. How they would want it. I couldn’t have dreamed about how well the car came out. I believe in two things strongly. I really want to like this shop. It's ran by very nice people who are passionate about what they do. Prior to this, I had been recommending Automobilia to as many people as I could. However my last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is not to trash or slander them, but an honest, 100% accurate account of what happened. I first brought my Camaro to Automobilia to have a paint correction/ceramic coating+wheels and calipers done, along with some window tint. Their prices were high, but I figured they are an extremely professional shop, and I had heard they are the best around. All in, including a dent removal, job came to around $2600. Hurt my wallet quite a bit, but it was numbed by how great the car looked (Although, I noticed later that week a decent clear coat scratch still remaining from before the car was paint corrected). Christian and I noticed the rear tint bubbling a little bit the day I picked it up, so he told me I can bring it back any time to have it redone as it wasn't acceptable. I was a pretty happy customer. About 2 months later, I was finally able to make an appointment to get the tint redone (vacation, busy with work, etc), and have my passenger tint replaced ($100) because of a scratch that was put in it by a friend. I arrived at 9 a.m, and was told it would take some time, but that I was welcome to sit in their waiting room. I obliged, telling him I had no problem staring at nice cars for an hour or two. 1 dead phone and 4 hours later, Christian decided to buy me lunch. I was aggravated, but it was a nice gesture and I was happy to at least get some pizza. 2 more hours later (now 3 p.m) the car was finally ready. I paid begrudgingly and left. When I opened the door, I was surprised to find drip marks all over my doors, front and rear seats, and center console. I have pretty thick skin, but I was offended that after sitting all day and paying for a job, I would get my car back in that state. I actually had to clean up their mess the next day. I emailed them to let let them know how unhappy I was, and received this: "Apologies for the way the car was delivered, it should’ve been wiped down and clean prior to giving the keys. I will definitely take this up with the installation team to ensure this doesn’t happen again". I'm sorry, but I will have a hard time returning in the future. Best of luck. I hope the warranty on my ceramic coating can be maintained somewhere else. Less

I drove my Camaro 1LE all the way from Westchester NY to this shop. In the snow none the less. Christian was a pleasure to work with and took excellent care of my car. I had them apply expel as well as a ceramic coating to the exterior and interior. The car looks better than when I picked the it up from the dealer. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
