We needed our fingerprints scanned for a FBI background check (FD-1164 card) and were able to get that done quickly through Project 850's services. The website had a pop-up chat box that allowed me to text the staff. Given that we contacted them at the last minute near a federal holiday, I was very grateful for the kindness, immediate response and calm attention that we received.

Tawayna provided me quick service and also had the exact form I needed, the FD-1164, which isn't commonly available at a lot of the other places. She was also very kind and so the experience overall was great. I needed the printed card so I could mail it which was no problem. It was also nice to be able to support a small business owner. I highly recommend this service!

I’m highly disappointed, drove a whole hour from Goshen with a confirm appointment however, no one was there to provide service. 06/08 @10AM (no federal holiday). However, 14 minutes away there’s IdentoGo for anybody having trouble. Quick and easy service.

Scheduling online was quick and easy. I got to my appointment at my scheduled time, however, there was a miscommunication with time. One of the ladies inside was able to let me in and contact Mrs. Peeples to let her know that I was there and waiting. Fortunately, I was not in a rush and had time to wait. Miscommunications happen as we are all human, so it was no big deal. After a short 15 minute wait, Mrs. Peeples greeted me and was very warm and apologetic. She completed the job quickly and efficiently and was extremely professional. She was very personable, it felt like we had been long time friends. I was so grateful for her service especially since I was on a time crunch to get these fingerprints in on time!! Mrs. Peeples is such a wonderful spirit and I felt lucky to do business with her. When I called from a bunch of different places she seemed to be the most affordable. Her office is located in the 105 VentureLink building. To get into the building you need to hit the "Z" button 4 times and then hit "call". She will buzz you in from there. From there make your way up to the 3rd floor and she will be the first office out of the elevator. Overall, a super easy process. Simply your fingerprinting by coming to her first. I took a lot of time finding her and dealing with a bunch of alternative options like police depts and other retailers and online businesses and everyone else pretty much makes the process as difficult as possible. Fast, complete, and ledt with a smile! Tawayna made sure to get complete prints and threw in an extra card so my application wouldnt get rejected. Would recommend if you need your prints taken.

Highly recommend having prints done here. My fingerprints were rejected 6 times before Ms. Peeples took my prints. She is very knowledgeable and super kind! If I ever have to get prints done I again, I will absolutely be going back to Ms. Peeples! I heard back from the FBI with in 24 hours of submitting the prints.
