I started as a complete beginner who never worked out. Brandon, Deni and the whole team have been super supportive. A year out, it’s still hard, and I’m still terrible, but I have way more energy and i have improved a lot. Don’t be afraid, or better yet… be afraid and do it anyway!

I’ve dropped in here a few times and they’ve got everything you need—whether you’re taking a class or just hitting open gym. The vibe is always cool and laid-back, from the coaches to the members. It’s a big, open space with all the equipment you need, and the music is always on point.

Dropped in on a Saturday morning for a partner WOD. The coach was great and super knowledgeable. He ran the class very efficiently as well. Everyone there was welcoming and friendly. The WOD was fun and the facilities were great. Lots of equipment, and plenty of space to move around. I’ll definitely be going back!

I dropped into CrossFit Identity while traveling through Atlanta and had a great experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and reached out personally soon after I submitted the drop-in form, which made the process super smooth. I had two others traveling with me, and we were all welcomed to use the open gym time without any issues.The other gym-goers were also very welcoming, and the space had everything I needed for my workout. While some of the equipment (like dumbbells and accessories) felt a bit disorganized and could use a quick clean, it didn’t impact my ability to get a solid session in.A really nice touch—the owner waived our drop-in fees, which was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Thanks, CrossFit Identity!

I am in my first month of CrossFit classes and cannot say enough kind words about CrossFit Identity. I was pretty intimidated to try CrossFit, but the intro sessions helped and I appreciate the guidance from coaches to scale appropriately. The gym is well equipped and I appreciate their focus on safety and form.Coaches and members are super encouraging and make it a place I’m excited to come back to. I was in a rut in my fitness journey and am excited to see how much stronger I get in a few months / a year from now! Do not hesitate to join CrossFit Identity no matter your skill level or experience!

I have been a member of CrossFit Identity for almost two years now and I am so happy I found the gym. This is a welcoming place for all levels and there is a ton of community and encouragement from coaches as well as members. If you are looking to get physical and to have a great community pushing you to reach your goals(whatever they may be) I highly recommend Brandon and CrossFit Identity!
