I joined this gym after taking a multi-year hiatus. The coaches were very knowledgeable and supportive as I reacclimated to the movements. The facility is also clean and spacious. I enjoyed my time at this gym and will certainly drop by the next time I'm in the area.

Crossfit Identity is seriously awesome! I had a blast there. The trainers are super knowledgeable and push you to your limits, and the community vibe is fantastic. If you're into fitness, you'll love it. I definitely did!

I was fortunate enough to be a member for 3 years. This is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The coaching is above and beyond, they were a huge part of my improvement throughout the years. The community is so welcoming and one that pushes you to improve daily. If you need a gym in ATL, this is the one.

Our favorite gym in Atlanta! We moved here about a year ago and went to several gyms before finding this one, and I can definitely say we’re loving it here!

This place is special. It’s hard. People are awesome. Coaches are the best. And the physical and mental changes you can see are dramatic if you can stick with it and come consistently.

By far the best CrossFit box I know. Coaches are very knowledgeable and some have competed professionally, they take good care of you so you don’t get injured. The box is very spacious with enough equipment for everyone and very clean. Also, everyone who goes there is very friendly and the vibe in general is very positive. I can say I improved a lot at CrossFit Identity.

This is a very well run gym, the coaching staff is quite good, almost like you have a personal trainer at times. They also have a great mix of old and young members with varying skill levels, and again the solid coaching staff can handle the mix effectively.

As a stay-at-home dad and a full-time online student, working out and my social life took a back seat for a couple years. When the weight and the loneliness caught up with me, I thought about joining a local gym but knew I would end up working out alone... and that’s not really what I wanted. Some friends told me about CrossFit, and after visiting several “boxes” I settled on CrossFit Identity. Their facilities are A+, with much better equipment and a cleaner overall appearance, than some of the other ones I visited. They have 3 dedicated 101 classes per day (Monday-Friday), which was great, since my only experience with strength workouts was the dumbbells from the local gym and the “CrossFit WODS,” that I saw online, looked very intimidating. I’ve been going now for about 2 months, and CrossFit Identity has met all of my expectations. Blaine, the coach for the morning through mid-afternoon classes, including the 101s I frequent, is a beast. He has a great talent for breaking down the workouts into ways and movements I can practice and understand. He knows when to push me and when to encourage me to go beyond what I’ve ever physically done. I enjoy the challenge, it is definitely what I missed in my day-to-day life. Since I’ve joined I’ve lost about 10 lbs. and feel much healthier and stronger overall. I thought I might feel overwhelmed by the community aspect (since it’s easy to disappear at a local gym on a treadmill in one of the corners), but the members of CrossFit Identity are extremely welcoming and inclusive. The owners/coaches, Eric and Brandon, are always available to chat with... and I’ve had many questions. I fully recommend CrossFit Identity to anyone interested in health/fitness/community. I was never made to feel like an inferior athlete, but was rather encouraged to keep getting better and develop confidence at every turn, all in the safest and most fun way possible. I’ve been to a whole bunch of crossfit gyms in my time, Crossfit Identity is BY FAR the most accepting, uplifting, supportive gym I’ve ever been to. They not only push and challenge you, but it doesn’t matter if you’re using a training bar or a 45 lb bar with 200 pounds on it, you’re cheered on and pushed! I drive out of my way to this gym, I have two gyms that are much closer, and I always will!

The first time I dropped into another box since joining Crossfit was at Crossfit Identity while on a vacation. I was hoping to catch Open Gym on my first day of vacation but had instead caught the end of a workshop targeting the Snatch movement to many people who look like they've been in fine shape for a while. Still, Blaine took the the time out to welcome me and give me the information for their box's logistics (they use Zenplanner instead of Wodify). It's crazy to think that one would feel like an outsider at a different box, but thankfully, Brandon's thoughtful inclusion of each member of a class helped me feel more at ease. In addition, he gave me some tips on my form during the WODs (including the Snatch) that greatly impacted my performance immediately. Box was clean and has a thriving, fit community. The coaches I interacted with (Eric & Anna Marie, Blaine, and Brandon) were knowledgable, friendly, and passionate. Warm up routines were thorough and practical. WODs left me glad to have a burn while on vacation as I was eating more liberally as one on vacation usually does. Wish we had enough time on our vacation to check out the Crossfit Kids class on Sunday. Best CrossFit gym in ATL in my opinion. I've been a member at 5 boxes in the greater Atlanta area, and this has been my best experience by far. The coaches really care and actually know what they're doing. Plus, the programming is on point. They have options for beginners all the way up to games athletes.

1 year 6 inches and 40 lbs lighter. Would not have been able to do it with out this place. Coaches are phenomenal and really take the time. Could imagine being part of another crossfit gym

By far the best crossfit gym I’ve ever been to. You can go to any crossfit gym and have a good workout but it’s the coaches that make it a great workout. The coaches at CFID make this a great place to workout whether you’re a beginner or have been crossfitting for years.

Excellent gym, with a helpful staff who take wonderful care of the space, the equipment, and their members. It can be a bit difficult to find, so plan for a couple extra minutes the first time you visit!

I've been doing CrossFit for about 5 years but took a year off after new baby. I was coming from Chicago to ATL for a family function and looked up CrossFit ID because it was super close to where I was staying. The place was spacious and clean and the ppl were very friendly. It was a Sat 0830 workout and the gang consisted of what I guessed to be the more seasoned members. Instead of their Sat typical partner workout, it was a 1 RM for back squat followed by Fran (21-15-9 of thrusters and pull-ups). It was as much off of a$$kicker of a workout as it sounds. After watching and listening it was quickly apparent that coach Eric and coach Brandon knew their stuff. I picked up a few technique pointers during the back squat warm-up/prep. I loved the back squat component and even hit a PR! But at 6'4" and 285, and after a year off, my pull-ups aren't my strong suit. Nonetheless, I was ready to "embrace the suck." I was the last one doing work by a country mile. Despite that, the coaches and members continued to encourage and help me grunt through the pull-ups. They have a good thing going on at CrossFit ID. Great setup and convienent for the entire Druid Hills area. I've been doing CrossFit for two years, and Brandon was able to give me two very specific pointers about my snatch form that helped get the bar moving better. From the moment that I walked in, Brandon, the coach, made me feel immediately welcomed. As a CrossFit coach myself, this is what makes a box a great one. CrossFit Identity has a: Friendly and knowledgeable coach. Welcoming class members. Smart programming. Excellent equipment. And the list goes on. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Wow what a great gym!! My friend and I were in town visiting Emory and stopped by this gym to check it out. I've been involved with crossfit for a long time and was very happy with the facilities and knowledge of the staff. The other athletes at the gym were also very helpful and encouraging throughout our workout. I will definitely be joining this gym if I return to Atlanta!

The best crossfit gym in the area for the money. Great atmosphere that isn't corporate or phony like a lot of other local gyms

Between the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the constantly supportive and fun-loving, welcoming members, I hardly ever want to leave. Identity is the best. The coaches are very in tune with what's going on with their members, and regularly program individualized WODs for members that might need to modify the general programming. The members are very supportive of each other and fun to be around. Definitely check it out if you want to get fit and have fun.

Victor, Keith and the entire CrossFit Identity team are extremely knowledgeable. No matter your fitness goals, they can certainly help you attain a level of success you didn't know was possible.

CF Identity is a great affiliate and box to train at. The coaching staff are solid in knowledge and instruction on form and technique. The athletes at the box are a solid community and incredibly friendly, as are the coaches. Overall, CFID is an awesome place to become functionally fit and unleashing the inner beast.

Since I own this CrossFit gym I give us 5 stars. Excellent, committed, and passionate coaches, safe and effective training, incredible 5,000sf facility, great community.....what else can I say?! Come visit us and see for yourself!

The box is great with plenty of space for everyone to do their thing. The community is very welcoming and even when I just dropped in I had a blast from the first moment. The coaches took time to to introduce themselves and others and also to go through the movements in detail. I'll definitely go back the moment I'm in Atlanta again.
