I can’t say enough good things about this gym. When I first started, I was not working out at all, but coming here three times a week has made me feel so much stronger and healthier. The all-women environment is comfortable and motivating, and the staff are always encouraging. If you’re nervous to start working out, this is the perfect place to begin.

I am so grateful my daughter referred me to this gym!!! It’s women-only, incredibly supportive, and truly feels like a community. My initial assessment was so detailed, and I even received a follow-up email outlining mutual goals and personalized interventions. The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely caring, the variety of classes keeps things fresh, and I love that each class includes helpful demo videos. The owner, Diana, even checks in personally to see how you’re doing. This place is truly a gem. I am in my 50s and I was nervous to start, and they made my anxiousness at ease. Highly recommend!!

First time meeting Aaliyah tonight and she was super sweet and very welcoming! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and ready to focus. She was very attentive to us throughout the session, noticing when my form was off and kindly correcting me a couple of times to make sure I was doing the exercises safely and effectively.I really appreciated how she took the time to explain those adjustments instead of just pointing them out. What stood out most was our conversation after class about holding me accountable on how many sessions I will complete until the next time I see her. Great first workout session for the month March! The owner is absolutely wonderful—she’s hands-on, genuinely supportive, and creates such a welcoming and motivating environment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their progress. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on point. It’s a comfortable, encouraging place to work out, no matter your fitness level. I’m so happy I found this gym! 💪✨

I’m so thankful that I finally reached out to TBF. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from day 1 I have been welcomed with such friendly faces, encouragement that goes beyond what I have ever had in a gym/studio, and accountability to keep pushing towards my goals. Diana and her team of ladies are so helpful in making sure I do all movements correctly. I'm feeling more excited to try each class weekly and starting to feel the difference.
