Sarah Leslie and Maggie's Place is a wonderful place to receive the best care in a warm, knowledgeable and compassionate environment. Each resident is given special consideration;Sarah takes the necessary time with a servant's heart to really listen and acknowledge the resident and their family with patience and kindness. I would no doubt place my loved one in the care of Maggie's Place and feel reassured that their needs were being met! They are one of my favorite partners!

My husband has Alzheimer’s and we visited at least 7 memory care facilities and narrowed it down to our 2 favorites! We chose Maggie’s place and will be moving my husband in the next month. We (the family) liked Maggie’s place because it felt more like ‘home’ and had more living areas for the residents and their guests and Sarah was by far the most engaging with us and understanding of the difficulty of the decision and patient with our questions. I’ll review again after my husband has been a resident awhile!

I stopped into Maggie‘s Place for a tour last week and was so glad I did. Sarah, the Executive Director spent quite a bit of time showing me their beautiful homes and sharing all the wonderful benefits they offer.I loved the open and safe outside area and the front porches where people can sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. It truly made you feel like a little community of homes and they were warm and inviting.Not only is Sarah the Executive Director, but she is also a nurse and therefore she really understands the needs of the resident and showed great compassion for the families walking through a difficult chapter. I highly recommend you schedule a visit and I look forward to referring In the future.

My Mom was afflicted with Alzheimer’s disease. As the disease progressed it became apparent she needed more and more assistance. After touring several memory care facilities my family and I chose Maggie’s Place for Mom. Maggie’s Place concept was very different from the other locations we visited. The residents live in “houses” with a limited amount of other residents. They all eat together, play games, trivia, and celebrate the various holidays just like families do. The staff are loving, attentive and care for the residents very well. Communications between staff and the residents families are very good. I was able to spend a decent amount of time with my Mom and it was heart warming to watch how staff members interacted with residents, and residents families. It was very nice to see that residents weren’t relegated to their rooms. Sadly my Mom passed away two months ago. When it was obvious Mom didn’t have much time left, my family and I stayed with her for most of two days, the staff not only took care of her but also took good care of my family and I. I could go on but hopefully I’ve made my point. I have and will continue to recommend Maggie’s Place and I will be forever grateful for the love, care and compassion my Mom was shown.
