IWS sent "The Dream Team" to my home to make adjustments to my blinds that were re-hung incorrectly by a contractor I hired to paint my walls. They definitely stand behind their products! The Dream Team consisted of 2 guys: Edward and Vany. Not only did they do a great job, they went way, way over and above ... going the extra mile to check all my blinds while they were at my home. I hope IWS Management congratulates and compensates Edward and Vany for a job well done!! I will never use any other company for shutters and blinds.

It's rare theses days to find companies that hire the best employees. IWS by far is the best company I've hired to purchase and install my wife's Plantation Shutters. From Margaret the sales woman who has years of experience and measured my windows perfectly to Eddie and Isovanny the installers, I'm completely satisfied. The installers arrived on time and were thorough, thoughtful, and experienced. Hats off to the IWS team who treats the customer the way they should be treated!

We really enjoyed the process of ordering shutters. The owner of the company really cares about clients. He made sure we get everything we want for a good price and a nice smile. However, the virtue and integrity of IWS Shutters & Blinds, along with their praiseworthy staff are impeccably fabulous. I certainly have to provide my utmost thanks to a specific repair tech team, namely, Mr. Edwardo Landa, along with his assistant, Mr. Iosvany Gonzalez, for their service, courteousness, knowledge, skill, extreme care and utter concern to make sure that the repair of my single shutter slat was that of perfection.Not only did IWS's repair tech, Mr. Edwardo Landa, repair the slat beautifully, but he also, at his insistence, not mine, decided to test each and every shutter slat from each and every shutter I had throughout the house to make sure all other slats were in tip-top shape. I was delightfully amazed that such a kind and caring repair tech actually still existed in today’s world. The incredible service I have received from Mr. Edwardo Landa and his assistant Mr. Iosvany Gonzalez is more than worthy of the wonderful words I can write about them.These gentlemen are not only master surgeons of their craft, but most importantly they are thoughtful individuals who went way beyond anything I truly imagined they would do to make certain that the shutters and blinds I purchased from IWS Shutters & Blinds many years ago would be still be fabulous for many years to come.Please note that I was privileged to own a financially strong, medium sized company in the past. Eduardo and Iosvary we’re here to do some repair on our Shutter installation. They were wonderful. Very thorough and friendly. They left the job with the shutters installed almost perfectly and even better than the original installation. If I have other issues, I will certainly ask for them.

Brandon was great at helping us fix the right solution. We initially had an issue with the wind blowing them open in which IWS promptly sent out crew that fixed them to our satisfaction. Great work Ed and Vany
