Excellent service and quality! I got quotes from 3 separate highly google rated companies for plantation shutters. Johnny was our 1st point of contact. He was so punctual that he beat me to my house for the consultation appointment. He answered texts quickly and gave updates on the order. As he initially told us, the blinds were ready and installed in 6 weeks. Paige, who schedules installations, was also quick to communicate via text messages. The installation team was exactly on time and did a beautiful job. Out of the product samples shown by the 3 companies who initially came out, iWS had the best product. Stop shopping around and just go with IWS. You won’t regret it. Mike was my sales rep and he’s is knowledgeable, professional, on time and provides amazing recommendations. He doesn’t try to upsell you unnecessarily, he gives it you you straight on what’s going to last and make your investment worth it. We had a motorized shade installed over our family room triple slider, another in our master, a plantation shutter on our window and blinds on my kids’ windows. Everything turned out PERFECT. I don’t recall the names of our first installers for the kids’ blinds (we ordered those first), but they were nice and on time, helped me make a decision on removal of some chair rail so the blinds fit well, and did everything perfect (IWS please take care of them!). Our installers for the shades and shutter, Amed and Eduardo were also professional and walked me through everything at the end, making sure we were completely satisfied with the end result. We had our windows replaced and the new measurement was just 1/8-1/4 less than the old width. We thought that we were going to have to buy all new shades but Amed and Eduardo on their maintenance team came out and made them work!
