Wonderful experience from start to completion. We had all of our old blinds taken down and IWS updated the entire home. Steven is very knowledgeable and experienced and listened to what we wanted and then put together a plan. Our installers Amed and Eduardo took their time and were very professional and courteous. The shutters look fantastic in our home and we are estatic. Highly recommend

Thank you IWS for the recent transformation with the plantation shutters you installed!!! I could not be happier with the results!!This is my second install with IWS as I was so impressed with the solar shades they installed on a separate part of my house 3yrs ago.Steven is amazing to work with and shares such enthusiasm as he’s explaining the products/processes. Thank you for taking your time with me once again, Steven…you’re the best of the best!Last but not least, thank you Amed & Eduardo for your professionalism & precision during the install!!If you want a fun team to work with that makes you feel like family choose IWS!!!

If you read no further than this please know that IWS Shutters and Blinds customer service is exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I am a residential property manager and deal with a lot of vendors. Window treatments for multiple properties had been ordered. On the 14th of the month I received notification that one of the move in dates had been moved up to the 15th and the permanent treatments were not due to be installed until the 20th. I sent Paige a text explaining the situation. Within a few minutes she texted me back and said Brandon had rearranged a few things and would install the temporaries today (14th). I just got off the phone with Brandon and he installed the temporary treatments TODAY which means my tenants will have covered windows when they move in tomorrow. Thank you Paige and Brandon for your excellent service - I appreciate you!!!

This company came highly recommended from a colleague. I got three quotes and IWS was the most reasonable. Janine was outstanding and the shutters were installed quickly and by polite professionals. Thanks 🤙🏼

We had a number of beautiful plantation shutters installed by IWS years ago and when renovating our kitchen and breakfast area, we called Mike to quote and install new shutters. Like years earlier, Mike helped us understand what would look the best and the recently installed shutters look great! If you are considering plantation shutters, your 1st call needs to be to Mike and IWS.

Shout out to Mike, Paige, Ed, Amed, and Eduardo for their excellent service at our home in Dunedin. The plantation shutters and the automatic blind in our kitchen make our home pop better than anticipated. Special thanks to Paige's coordination and Ed's willingness to return to the home to ensure our shutters were perfect. I won't hesitate to refer you to friends and neighbors.
