S&P and their team were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond for us in a professional and timely manner. We called S&P before purchasing our home when it was on the market, and they met us free of charge to walk the home to see what type of work was possible. Specifically working with Peiman the structural engineer, was a pleasure. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and works fast. We got our permits approved within 2 weeks with ZERO comments. I will be referring them to all my friends in the future. Many GC firms charge an arm and a leg for structural and arch plans and use S&P instead.
