In all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much from my session with Sophia but ended up being blown away by the results. Some deep memories were unlocked and she took me on a very powerful journey to visit my inner child, we gave her the love and nurture she needed in a moment of pain and confusion and after the meditation, I immediately felt like the energy inside me had shifted. I’ve been on talk therapy for 3 months and after just one session with Sophia, I felt much more healing from that in comparison to 3 months of talk therapy.Sophie is a fantastic spiritual guide, she picks up on the subtle cues and creates a safe environment for whatever emotion comes up! Before working with Sophia I would really doubt my self and put myself down regularly, which made me really sad because I've had goals and dreams for a while but didn't think at all that I could achieve them. In the short time we have been working together I've noticed such big changes. I've felt a really big change in myself, and have felt a need to clear things within my life to make space for this new version of me. I think this is the longest period of time I can remember in recent years that I have felt consistently positive. I can honestly say these last few weeks have completely changed my life. I've done a lot of work on myself within the last year, but it's clear to me I needed some extra support and Sophia has been just the person to help me get over some beliefs I have been stuck on. I had a Transformation session with Sophia and it was absolutely mind-blowing! Sophia created a safe space for me to express myself and really helped me dig deep in order to get to the root cause of what was holding me back and keeping me stuck.
