A very beginner friendly crossfit gym. Owner/head coach Anthony Pietsch is extremely knowledgeable. He makes sure everyone is doing things the right way to be injury free. Highly recommend checking it out!!

Two years into learning CrossFit at EQ, I’m approaching the big 50 and far stronger than my 25 year old self. Supportive coaches and the greater EQ community bring the motivation and the fun to workouts. Tuesday night yoga with Samantha specializes in CrossFit recovery and is a must try.

I had an excellent experience during my time at EQAC. The coaches are personable people who care about you as well as your fitness. The programming was challenging, and scalable to any fitness level. The gym itself is very well kept.

I joined the gym about 6 months ago without any lifting experience and have learned so much from the friendly and helpful coaches. The members are a welcoming and fun group to workout with. In addition, the facilities are clean and the location is very convenient.

This place feels like home. From the owners, to the trainers, to the community, it’s an amazing place for all your athletic needs. The trainers are very knowledgeable and believe in what they are doing, the facility is beautiful and well equipped and the people make it all worth while. The best fitness experience I've ever been a part of.

I felt sluggish and out of shape at the height of the pandemic. Since then I’ve learned so much from Pietsch. He’s always focused on technique and how to make yourself better (I’ve even read books he’s recommended). My increase in stamina and strength surprises me sometimes and that motivates me even more! Amazing facility, equipment and staff.
