Recently completed the Bridge Program with Coach Chelsea as I was in recovery from an ACL repair. Chelsea helped me regain strength, balance, and extension in my knee. She was patient and encouraging, she’s motivating, and really understands the needs of the recovery. She’s also an enjoyable person at heart. Really great experience, and I’m back to the sport I love.

The Renegade Warehouse is a fantastic gym if you want to be trained the correct way. Chelsea and Matt truly want you to be your best and it shows by the people they choose to bring on board as staff members. If you are looking for a community of women this is the place to be I could not be more pleased with the friendships I have made and the encouragement we all give each other in our Forever Fit class.

I was new to the area and looking for a new gym. I had tried other gyms but Renegade Warehouse was exactly what I was looking for. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ready to answer any questions about the workout and provide form correction when needed. The workouts are a great combination of strength and cardio. I wish I would have found this place sooner!

I was always curious about CrossFit type workouts, but felt a bit intimidated. I didn’t think it was something I could do after not being an athlete for so long. This gym has made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone is supportive and cheers each other on in the gym and in life. I have been coming since January and have gained so much strength mentally, and physically. I love this place!

I can not say enough about this facility and the staff! My children were hesitant to lift with others for fear of judgement or failure. The environment the Muncy's have created in their facility is nothing short of amazing. My kids received encouragement, feedback, knowledge and support. The Sports Performance program at Renegade has completely changed their athletic performance and mental strength. Even our youngest, who considers himself a non-athlete, loves the environment and workouts. If you have been looking for a place to help your child enhance their performance and confidence this is it! Register your athletes in Sports Performance, you will not regret it!

I started with the women's bootcamp class when I found out I was pregnant with my second child. With the help of Coach Chelsea I was able to have a very fit pregnancy and I even utilized the physical therapy they offer by doing pelvic floor therapy shortly after I delivered my son. I have now progressed onto the crossfit classes. I absolutely love Renegade!!! The coaches, the facility and all the members!

Great Gym!!! I don’t know anyone that has not had a great experience at Renegade. Have 3 teenage daughters and they have really enjoyed working out at Renegade. The owner (Matt) does a great job communicating with all members/parents. Highly recommended!!!

Great gym! Great coaches! Great members! I was an athlete most of my life but had trouble getting back in the groove after having my daughter. I took a leap and tried the Women’s Fitness class back in September 2021. I learned so much in such a short time. I started CrossFit in December where I have challenged myself in ways I never expected. I have joined the Nutrition challenges and Physical Therapy with Chelsea and everything they offer is phenomenal! I have never been stronger or more confident in myself. The support system within the gym is like family (the kind you get along with and encourage each other)!! I know that even if the workout will be grueling and rigorous, my day will be better, I am getting stronger, and my mental health is improving everyday! And this is the first winter in years that my arthritis has subsided!! Last note: the location is excellent! It is a private lot where we can go outside on nice days and enjoy beautiful fields and treelines. No need to work through a crowded shopping center or busy shared parking lot. Highly recommend! Renegade is amazing! I've worked out in other boot camps, with other crossfit classes and in other gyms.......NEVER again! This place has it ALL! They know what they're talking about, they treat you like family, they adjust workouts to your personal needs and I honestly look forward to going to Renegade! I’ve been a long-time member of renegade and have always felt the support from all the coaches but never so much as when I was pregnant. I never had to worry that I would have to sit out a workout completely or that I would risk injuring myself, or worse, my unborn child. Careful attention was paid by Chelsea, Evan and Matt to scale workouts in a safe yet challenging way to keep me and baby safe while still keeping me active to promote overall health. This was priceless through delivery of our baby girl which I can only imagine was safer and easier due to my level of health and fitness I was able to maintain through pregnancy thanks to Renegade and Chelsea’s knowledge of pregnancy anatomy and pelvic floor training. Now being, postpartum, Chelsea has remained close by scaling workouts and movements to ensure I have a safe return to fitness, that I don’t move too quickly, but that I am able to get back to my preferred level of fitness at a safe pace for my healing body. I feel completely comfortable with her judgement and know that I am in capable hands with all the coaches at renegade. I can’t imagine taking this pregnancy and postpartum journey anywhere or with anyone else.
