I had a representative of this company come to my door and ask if I would be interested in a consultation for re- shingling my roof as it will need to be competed. I was told they completed my neighbours roof and has satellite images of my block and could offer solutions without having to even go onto my roof. I agreed and set up a time for the following day between 2-3. After 3:15 the following day a different salesperson arrived and we started to have an initial conversation where we exchanged names and a handshake and things quickly went down hill from there. As I got my coat and went outside with the salesperson to look at my roof he asked if he could schedule a different time to speak to my wife and I together. I informed him I had the full authority to speak with him and I would relay the estimate and associated costs to her. Sales person ignores this and asks again when we can set up a meeting with my wife as well. I reiterated that my wife didn’t need or even want to be here to deal with the roof estimate. I will take the information and deal with this today and I can reiterate back to my spouse. They then proceed to ask a third time about meeting my wife and myself together. I had to ask - what are you needing to say to my wife that you can’t say to me? Why does she need to be here for you to provide me an estimate? After he fumbled to answer I told the sleaze ball to leave and I wouldn’t be using his company.
