I had an outstanding experience getting my water heater repaired. Ryan, one of the owners, personally handled the service call. He was incredibly prompt, completely professional, and the quality of work was excellent. I especially appreciated the honest pricing with zero hidden fees. It is rare to see an owner taking such great hands-on care of their customers. I have used E&R over the years, and they always come through. Highly recommended.

Eddie was experienced, no upselling and diagnosed the issue quickly and had my boiler system humming shortly after. After bouncing around with a bunch of big name local HVAC shops that constantly litter the mailbox but fail to deliver anything except large invoices, I think this one is def a keeper. Also, major plus is that they answer the phone - no voice system or AI -much respect!!!

We unexpectedly had our A/C unit stop working on one of the hottest days of the year. Not only were we serviced same day, but within an hour of contacting E&R. Not only that, but everything was completed within an hour, and we were back up and running and are now good to go for the rest of the summer. Highly recommend for any A/C or heating maintenance and servicing needs. Super friendly, honest, upfront and very reasonable pricing. Thank you so much for your help!

We called them for a leaking hot water heater this time. They responded the same day with an in-home estimate and replaced the unit the next day. We also hired them a few years ago to replace our old furnace with a new high efficiency system. They did a great job with that job as well. We highly recommend this company for your heating, air-conditioning, or hot water heater needs. Fast service, knowledgeable technicians, reasonable pricing and great customer service.
