We LOVED working with Reflections Media for both our engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding video. They were the first vendor we booked in our wedding planning process because I fell in love with their portfolio (and their prices!). We were matched up with Kelsey as our photographer for our engagement session and our wedding and she was the absolute BEST. For our engagement session she jumped into the freezing cold creek to get some awesome pictures (included), and she did the same for our wedding! She has amazing artistic vision and she was able to prompt us for poses that still felt natural and we felt so comfortable with her. We are so in love with all of our pictures. She caught so many raw + authentic moments during our reception and caught so many things I didn’t get to see. We have so many favorite pictures it was hard to narrow it down for this review! Adam was our second photographer that we had for two hours (to help cover the ceremony) and he was so fantastic! We wish we would have had him all day too! He did a great job with the groom/groomsmen and there are some awesome pictures of them. They had a blast with him before the ceremony! Terry was our videographer and we are just astounded by the end result. He brought his second videographer and the both of them caught amazing clips. We rewatch the video constantly (even months later!). We feel like we’re reliving the day over & over again each time we watch it. They captured all the feelings we had, the joy + love of our family and it is such a blessing to have this keepsake. Terry also had such an awesome artistic vision and the shots he captured just truly made our video look like a movie. We also have just about 2 hours of unedited video for us to peruse and keep. Overall, each person we came across with Reflections Media were so professional and they weren’t just a vendor at our wedding but an awesome addition to the atmosphere. Reflections Media Pennsylvania was recommended to me by our wedding photographer. We got engaged in October of 2022 and quickly booked our photographer shortly after. We knew we also wanted a videographer but weren’t sure if we could afford one with our budget, so held off for a while. We ended up hitting a jackpot on a cruise and decided with our winnings we wanted to move forward with booking one. Our photographer sent over 3 different companies that she’s previously worked well with and after looking into all of them decided to go with Reflections Media Pennsylvania. I ultimately chose them based off their high quality of videos as well as their different options/prices. We booked the 8-hour package and to be honest looking back now my only regret about my wedding is not booking the 10-hour package and having more coverage! I reached out and quickly heard back from Danielle, the manager of Reflections Media Pennsylvania who provided incredibly helpful information and samples of their work. She also sent me a follow up text where we booked a call and we were able to tell her all about our wedding and she was able to answer any questions we had. From the very first contact with Danielle up until delivery of our video, Danielle has been on top of the ball, so helpful, quick to respond, extremely quick to deliver the final product, and so very accommodating. My husband is more of a private person and didn’t want our wedding to be shared on YouTube and Danielle had no problem at all writing that into our contract and making sure nothing was posted. Very quicky after we booked, we were assigned our videographer, Dee. We had a call with Dee a few days later to tell him overall what we were looking for and what the day was going to look like. The closer we got and as we finalized plans with our photographer, we would send Dee the details. On the day Dee showed up right when he was supposed to and just jumped right into immediate action getting all the shots we asked for. At the end of the night, before he was getting ready to go, he asked if there was anything else we needed. He was so great at his job and blended in so nicely. So many people told us they didn’t even know we had a videographer. Danielle sent our highlight video and all the raw footage 2 and a half weeks after our wedding. We were shocked with the turnaround time. I used to be the person who would cry at other people’s wedding videos, now I get to cry watching my own! They did they perfect job capturing all the highlights of the day and giving us something special to rewatch time and time again. I am so happy I booked Reflections Media PA for our wedding. From day 1, details and planning were easy because everything was communicated clearly and so organized. Me and my wife were quite happy to find Tolman for our wedding (which was about a month ago), especially considering how affordable they were and what they offered. They made sure we knew who was doing our photos and videos and we got to talk to them before the big day to ensure readiness. Now with that said not everything was perfect there were a few photos that unfortunately didn't get captured, which happens, and overall quality wasn't top notch. Also, we did have a bit of a struggle getting the video edited the way we had desired and had discussed with the team prior to the wedding. Everything said and done, we did get what we desired with decent quality, we have tons of photos and the video is what we desired. We have recordings of our speaches and ceremony which is awesome. My husband and I were very satisfied with our wedding photos and videos from Tolman Media PA! Our photographer was Lee and our videographer was John. Both were great to work with and produced stunning footage. Lee connected with us several times to review our timeline and a list of photos/poses/family shots we wanted. He was very flexible with what we wanted and we appreciated him scoping out spots for our first look and other shots despite him never having been to the venue before. John was fun and got a ton of special footage and multiple angles of video shots. The final photographs were amazing quality and we especially loved our highlight video which was a longer video (20 mins) and perfectly summarized all the important events of our wedding day. Tolman Media offered reasonably priced packages for high quality results. My only qualm is that there are a few shots/poses that I wish we could have gotten on our wedding day in retrospect, however we had been short on time and Lee and John really did the best they could to maximize our use of time and different poses between two venues. We booked Tolman Media for our wedding and engagement photos as well as video. They were amazing! First, the scheduling process was very easy. When we later had to implement a COVID vaccine requirement for all guests and vendors, Tolman was able to accomodate seamlessly. After reviewing Tolman's portfolio, we were able to schedule with the photographer we requested. We also were able to use that same photographer for both engagement and wedding photos, which was super helpful! Finally, the photos and video turned out amazing! And we got everything back within a couple weeks of the wedding - so fast!! We are so happy we chose Tolman - especially in the midst of COVID, it was great to know there were backups if needed.
