I had a great experience with this company, minus one thing. First, this was my first time ever ordering a bouncy house. My son turned 5, and my daughter turned 2, so I had a party at home and ordered a bouncy house for them. I think I was more excited than they were. The original party date didn't work because of rain, so they rescheduled easily and with no problems to the next weekend.The issue came the day of. My party was from 4pm-6pm, so that's the time I gave the company. They came and dropped the bouncy house off early at 11 am, which was great. I did not let my kids use the bouncy house until their party actually started because it was a surprise birthday party. They had no idea that we had set everything up outside until 4 pm on the dot. So at 6:02 pm, when the company showed up to take back their stuff, I was baffled. We had to tear down the decorations in the yard too because we had also rented 2 tables and Connect 4. We still had kids over, people talking; we were still in the middle of the party by the time 6 pm rolled around.So embarrassingly, I had to have my guests help me hurry up and dismantle everything so this company could take their rental back. My kids got literally 2 hours to play on the bouncy house for the $350 we paid. I guess I was expecting pickup to be later in the day, considering they said they would let me know when pickup was before they showed up. I never got notification that they were coming.If someone puts on your website that the party is from 4-6pm, probably don't show up at 6:02 pm to take your stuff back. If that's the case, would I be paying the same amount of money if I put that my party was from 11am to 9pm just so that I had time to clean up and break down before y'all drop off/pick up? It just didn't feel very fair.Anyways, I learned my lesson; now I know. Great company, great communication, great quality, great prices; everything was great. Just the pickup hiccup.Thank you!

I have no pictures 😞 we had a family get together after my brother's service. He passed with brain cancer. Thank you for setting up the tent and picking up the tent, tables, and chairs. You service was great.
