This is our second time and same great experience! They set it up the night before which provided us plenty of time to prepare for the actual event the next morning. This is our 4th time renting in the last year and a half. We've done wet/dry combos and Saturday did a dry/slide combo. We love Backyard Adventure Rentals' customer service! They were blocked out for a conference when my son's party was, but I sent a message hopeful. They called me back within 20 minutes to schedule. They can be contacted by phone or email easily and are so friendly and accommodating during drop off and pick up! I highly recommend Backyard Adventure Rentals!
