The trainers are extremely knowledgeable about the body, movement, and proper strength training techniques. The small group format feels like personalized training, because the coaches pay close attention to each person’s form, progress, and limitations to help prevent injury.I really enjoy the pacing and structure of the classes. Each session includes targeted exercises with enough variety to keep workouts engaging and challenging. I’ve learned proper weightlifting techniques and gained a better understanding of my personal strengths and areas for improvement.I also appreciate how cardio is incorporated into the strength training, creating a balanced and effective workout. Strength training is especially important for women as we age, and this program does a great job emphasizing that.The results have been incredible—I’ve lost 8 pounds and several inches in just three weeks while building strength and confidence.I highly recommend Mean Green Gym to anyone looking for knowledgeable coaches, effective workouts, and real results. 💪
