I would go to gym and do what I know and simply get my training/exercise session out of the way for the day. Coach Sal’s program definitely has given me daily gym goals to hit, as well as long term goals to aim for and expect. It is nice going into the gym with a program already made and per my logs tailored to me/for me to pull up on Watchdog’s training app and get right to it. I don’t have to think about what I worked on the other days and what I have to train today. It’s all there in the app/program to review and log super easy. The 12 Week Challenge has had me learn and try new exercises I hadn’t done prior, so that has been very fun and exciting to switch things up. I’m nearing the end of my first month at Watchdog Strength Gym for Muscles, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I do the small group classes and they’re perfect: you get a lot of individualized training and correction, and the group dynamics are always welcoming and supportive. Having coaches who know what they are doing and who provide feedback along the way takes the guess work out of exercise, so I can just show up and work out. Not all gyms gyms are created equal! Here it’s about personalized training and nutrition plans. I am beyond thankful for this place. This training regimen allowed me to process through my grief and become overall much healthier. Working out at Watchdog Strength has really been a great experience. I was very hesitant to start lifting weights but it has been a game changer. I feel so much stronger! I've never been a very active person, didn't play sports, and did what I could to avoid PE in high school. The training /coaching here yields results!!! Covid wasted away my muscles i was soo weak ,had no stamina. From barely being able to complete workouts to now, just reached my personal best Benching 195#, squatting 200 #easy . huge improvement for a 52 year old. i started my wife on the program also. You'll learn how to do the movements safely and consistently so that if you decide to move on to somewhere else you have a strong foundation to build from. There's no fitness models. It's just people who wanted to get stronger and take care of their body. Give the place a try. Or you can keep not going to that other gym you're paying for.
