Y’all, if you know me, you’ve probably heard my raves over this place! As a Licensed Nail Tech (yes, the license matters!) I will only go anywhere that employs licensed pros and follows state board guidelines. The disinfection process is so important to the health of your nails! They are clean and yes, a little pricier than some, but are doing things right not only for your nail health but also for their employees! You’ll never find a more friendly staff! It’s the only place I get my toes done…worth every.penny! Less

Pricing is outrageous and they are seedier than a used car salesmen at a going out of business sale, more forceful than a Karen who decided you parent your kids wrong, and more predatory than a child beauty pagent with a sign on bonus. Had a Gel manicure and a pedicure with Jessica. She was very professional, sweet, gentle, and did a great job! Being in the dental field, infection control, disinfection, and sterilization is extremely important to me. It makes me very happy how they disinfect the salon and sanitize the tools! I love my monthly visits to Frenchies. The staff is wonderful and so warm, always making you feel very welcomed. The facilities are clean, which was a huge draw for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great mani/pedi.

wasn’t super impressed with the service. the people were super nice! but one nail was already lifting as soon as i got in my car, from just getting them done. and 3 days later, they were all lifting a popping off. gel-x extensions are something i have done to myself and the $100 i paid, was not worth it. I went for the first time yesterday and loved it! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, taken on a tour of the salon and shown their cleaning process in between each guest. I got a pedicure and Ally was great! I have found my new nail salon home!

Anmarie did my pedicure and my gel manicure and she did absolutely amazing. The whole salon was so clean and smelt clean, everyone was so nice that I met. My experience at Frenchies was excellent! From the cleanliness of the salon, the high quality gel nail polish, and especially the work of the nail tech who did my gel pedicure, Anmarie, it was outstanding. I'll start with the positives: Frenchies in Braselton is extremely clean salon with very professional nail techs who are really good at making recommendations based what is best for their clients in terms of overall foot health. The products they use are top notch and I believe they're suitable for diabetics and others with chronic illnesses that may have issues getting their nails done. For these reasons, I drive a little farther and pay a little more for what is generally a higher quality experience than most nail salons in my area. That said, the past couple of times I've been, the upselling has been borderline obnoxious. I deal with pushy sales people at my job, and the last thing I want to do in my spare time is listen to more sales pitches while I am paying someone to do a service. I understand how profit margins work with add ons and products, but I wish they would create an option on people's profiles to not upsell or to make some indication that clients prefer a quieter experience. I generally read, bring my work with me, or zone out because pedicures are an occasional leisure activity. Having to listen to pitches about memberships and add ons and then being directed to products on my way out with a lecture before I pay doesn't fit into the luxury/quality environment that the brand is going for. If more profit is to be made with a membership system, then require that people join in order to make appointments. I personally would opt to go elsewhere but at least I wouldn't have to turn down the same spiel every single time I go. At any rate, they've probably lost my business after my most recent appointment, where I got visibly annoyed with the ongoing sales pitches. Just know that if upselling is something about a salon experience that annoys you too, this is probably not the best choice for you. Less

Frenchie’s was one of the best pedicure experiences we’ve ever had. My spouse and I stayed at chauteau elan for the weekend but they did not have someone to do pedicures on Sunday, so we came to Frenchie’s. Heather and Latisha were so hospitable and did a fantastic job! We recommend overlooking the spa option at chauteau elan and coming straight to Frenchie’s!

Heather was fantastic! They stayed a half hour late to accommodate my wife and me and had the best attitude and best service! My wife was just a pleased with Latisha. Highly recommend!

Saroya is the sweetest and most gentle woman I've ever had work on my nails! The salon is so clean and inviting. My nails came out looking beautiful and I left feeling so relaxed and pampered. I will definitely be on a 2 week schedule with them permanently. I also highly recommend the sugar scrub! My hands stayed soft all day even through all the hand washing. I took my daughter here for her first ever pamper. Not only did she love the experience and talk about it the rest of the day - but the salon was extremely clean and free of the harsh chemicals like normal salons. The staff was friendly and welcoming! I also was blown away by the quality of work!! So glad I found Frenchies so close to home.

My ONLY issue was when I made my appointment, I was asked what type of service I wanted done. I picked out gel hands & regular pedicure. Somehow I ended up being scheduled for both a signature man/pedi (which is their mid tier price) and not their classic which I had asked for. This was not discovered by me until I was paying/leaving & I didn't want to seem like a bother since the tech had trouble with my nails (more below) plus the time it took to leave. It was obviously a miscommunication but for my first time visit, I had not expected to pay as high as I did. Other than that, the experience itself was nice. I got there & I was warmly greeted by my nail tech who showed me around & explained the entire process. The building is very clean & modern with the option to have parties. My tech was very sweet. I had scheduled for a tech to put cat stamps on my nails & she had the hardest time pulling the stamp out. It took the owner & one other tech to help stamp my nails. We were laughing the whole time about it but I did feel bad since my nails took so long & ended up leaving a little past closing. Everybody was professional, the techs seemed happy talking amongst themselves & I was pretty grateful the tech didn't pressure me to talk. If you're looking for a different nail care experience, I would definitely recommend that you check out Frenchies :) My gel nails lasted EXACTLY 2 weeks if that helps anyone. Less

They even showed me the sanitation process in the back! I came in for a mani/pedi with the desire to start getting my hands healthy and cleaned up for my wedding in October. My tech was Vicki and she was a DELIGHT! She was so professional and explained every step of the process but our conversation was also such a treat! She felt like an old friend. I had such a nice, relaxing time here. Staff is kind and welcoming. Everything is clean and super sanitized. They even treat you to complementary goodies while you're getting your treatment. This was my first visit and will come back again!!

I am glad you have a good customer base who continues to return. 🤍 have been 2xs. Once with a friend for a mani/pedi and once with my MIL and daughter. My friend and I's gel manicure was nice but the polish was peeling, her's bubbling within a day. The salon was tried correcting hers but gave her an unrealistic timeline for her schedule. I really love the scheduling and the salon itself, I just can't trust that my nails will last longer than a day or two. Super disappointing! I go to an area salon and my gel lasts for at least 2 weeks, usually longer. I always read the reviews to see if things have gotten better but I still see lots of people saying their gel doesn't last. Less
