I had an outstanding experience with Richard at Bavarian Rebel. He handled several upgrades and services on my BMW, including rear brakes, a full brake flush, a charge pipe upgrade, and installation of a Dinan cold air intake and the results were exceptional.Richard is extremely thorough, professional, and clearly an expert in his craft. I recently had my BMW serviced for an oil filter housing repair and a water pump replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and clearly understands BMW engines inside and out.They took the time to explain why the oil filter housing was leaking and how the water pump issue could affect the cooling system if not addressed properly. Everything was handled professionally and done the right way — no shortcuts.The work was completed on time, the pricing was fair, and my BMW now runs smooth with no leaks and perfect cooling performance. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust with a BMW, but this is definitely someone I’ll be coming back to.

I had a fantastic experience with Bavarian Rebel: I am an out of state car buyer who was not in a position to personally look at and drive the car I was interested in.I initially spoke with Erica who was extremely competent and thorough in explaining their services. They were able to schedule a pre-purchase inspection for me within 24 hours of my call, and scheduled Richard to come to the dealership and evaluate and test drive the car I was considering. Not only did he 'Facetime' with me while at the car, but he test drove it on my behalf, and later sent me a detailed report along with pictures of the car. He reconciled his findings with the Carfax report and gave me the peace of mind I needed to go ahead with the purchase.Highly recommend!
