Dan persisted with my insurance company when the adjuster only approved a much lower amount than the actual hail damage on my truck. When he was finally able to talk to a local adjuster, they were able to come to an agreement on the payment amount and Dan got my truck fixed in just a day and a half after that. I immediately got a response from Josh who asked if I could bring the SUV in for a closer inspection since the photos did not show the dent very clearly. I went in a few hours later and just before they closed. Josh greeted me and he and Dan took a look at the large dent. Dan said that there were two options- an option which understandably required much more labor and would be more expensive, or a second option that would remove the dent but probably would leave a slight mark where the dent had a tight crease. Since the SUV is not a new one, I decided not to go with the second option. I expected to have to make an appointment and come back at a later date. To my surprise, Dan worked on it immediately and removed 99% of the dent. I can not tell you how pleased I was with the results. It was a pleasure to meet both Josh and Dan, who were so pleasant and, I might add, have such a clean shop. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to them based on my excellent experience today.
