Nine and 1/2 weeks later my rug still has not been delivered. Justin did not return my calls, Kim was extraordinarily rude when I called initially. At the 9 week mark, I went to the High street location and spoke with Graham. He dismissed Justin’s inaccessibility as a common occurrence. Graham initially retracted the promise to deliver the rug, but by the end of the conversation promised it would be delivered the following Monday. So Monday it is and I visit the store again and was was rudely treated by Kim, who said she didn’t promise me anything, Justin is AWOL and Justin and Graham don’t deal with rugs. She also claimed the rug wasn’t in the shop. I expressed my position whereupon Kim ACTUALLY looked and it was in the shop! She told me to take it and leave. There’s no way a 12 foot rug will fit in my car. I asked to speak with owners but was denied. Kim called Brian and claimed I was giving her a hard time and wouldn’t leave. Brian did call back and said it would be delivered today. Let’s hope. Please, do not patronize this business as they are beyond rude and unreliable. Less

The treatment of your clothes is first rate. At the price point, probably competitive, but you would feel comfortable having them handle your sensitive and favorite clothing. Once it’s cleaned and tagged once, you know they will treat it well and track it.

They are always prompt with pickups and deliveries.

Despite listing the laundromat hours as 6am-8pm daily, we were locked out at 7:30pm when we tried to get our laundry out of the dryer. We tried calling the phone numbers on the website, and several turned out to be inactive numbers. Looks like we're in for a comfortable night with no bedding.

Had a rush dry cleaning job. They did it quickly and did a great job.

Had a sports jacket dry cleaned. The only visible spot remains but I DID tell them I had to have it back, once I was cautioned the stain (chocolate?) might need extra time to treat. So I’ll give them a pass on that. My only other gripe was the price ($13.00 +, with tax) which seemed high. But what isn’t these days? They were prompt and kept me informed via text, which was appreciated.
