The truck that was used wasn't large enough to transport all of my things but no one in Management made a decision to get a trailer until after 8pm. Everything was not loaded until around 10pm at which time driving to Columbus was not possible for me due to my limited night vision. All of this could've been avoided because I spoke to Jonathan to voice my concern about the size of the truck as soon as the team showed up with it. He did nothing about it until after 8pm. My moving day was very stressful and disheartening. To make things worse, even though Management knows how bad the day was, no one has reached out to speak with me about it. I feel cheated. I paid over $3,000.00 for a service I did not receive, a stress-free move! I do not recommend this company. Less

3 Men worked 3 hours and were able to knock out quite a bit of unloading in that time frame. They were friendly and were willing to cut-up while they worked. They were working in over 95 degree heat, so them being in good spirits was impressive to behold. Best service! These guys moved my 3 bedroom house in under 5 hours- even while carefully wrapping my belongings heavily in plastic/blankets (that I wouldn’t have even cared to do) Even hung my giant tv for me no problem once moved in as well as put together my bed frames etc! I was so impressed.

Eric and his crew moved several family “heirlooms,” including my mother’s baby grand piano and furniture my father built. Every item was handled with tremendous care. The crew was most courteous and professional in their demeanor. We will be calling on them again! The cost was very reasonable.

Moving things is never something people look forward to. I was really dreading this day. But I can tell you that it was fantastic. These movers were so careful and responsive to everything they touched in my home. The most courteous group of young men I have encountered in I don't know when. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Amazing team of movers! They kept saying they were there to make our move easier and they did that plus more. From move out to move in, everything was handled with a smile and professionalism.
