Had problems getting hearing aids set up, but to be fair I haven’t been able to call in during their hours. They need to fix that part. But they have tried to accommodate me, but it is hard the way I work.

I bought more than one pair here but it’s gone downhill with the last two. I was still under warranty when it stopped working so I sent it in. They want to know if I got it wet or changed the tube like Im the problem. I’m like of course I didn’t get it wet and you just sent it back to me with a brand new tube in it. When I got the “repaired” unit back it does nothing but make a buzzing noise and is unwearable. So, they want me to mail it in AGAIN. They claimed on the phone they sent me a new one, but I said why is there a yellow post-it note on there that says cleaned, tested, repaired in red ink? You didn’t send me a new one and I’m under warranty. So, here we go again and I can’t hear. I won’t be dealing with theme again since this has become a recurring theme with them. The quality of the product is this - they aren’t designed to last longer than the warranty period. I don’t recommend.

I have tried numerous hearing aids. Eargo worked ok for my mild hearing loss. But when my hearing got worse, I was out of luck. The moment I put on the Otofonix hearing aids, my response was, OMG. These are great! The answer to my problem. If you have medium to severe hearing loss. Otofonix is the answer. Easy to use. Easy to understand. Multiple programs for differing situations. I promise, you won’t regret it!

I had the Apex for a few years and my hearing got worse so I switched to the Sona and found it to be so much better, really liking the phone ability to change the volume. It is the best I have used so far and definitely would recommend them.

I’ve had these a month and chose them for the convenience of rechargeable batteries, iPhone connectivity. My fingers are not as alive as when I was younger and even now it’s not easy to put these on. I’ve only attempted it 5 times or so due to personal unusual circumstances, and until today could not get the left one to work at all. Instructions did not tell me to hold the on/off until the green light went off, which was not necessary for the right one. So prior usage for me was frustrating. I had tried the right one in left ear just testing the ear, and putting left one in right ear to make sure the problem lay in the aid. I think I’m going to be happy with them but until today thought I was going to send the left one back.

I am so impressed with my new Sona hearing aids. I have researched hearing aids extensively over the past year and the Otofonix Sona has not disappointed my findings.I thought once they arrived and I put them on, that what I was hearing would sound like it was coming out of a tin can. Not so with the Sona. In fact, in indoor, outdoor, crowded restaurant, etc. situations, the Otofonix is crystal clear and performs as advertised. And they're so comfortable to wear. I wear mine all day at work and I don't even know they're in!They are very discreet. Folks at work didn't notice them for about a week, and now so many have come to me with questions about them and how they would benefit their hearing situations.The app makes them a step above others on the market that cost hundreds, even thousands more. It's easy to use and customizable to my hearing needs.This is by far a great "small" investment in getting to hear so many things I haven't heard clearly for some years now!

This is the second pair I have purchased from Otofonix. I upgraded to Sona for the ability to use the app to change programs and sound levels. Has only been a couple weeks, but I am impressed and happy. I can actually watch TV without turning the sound up as high as it will go. (The first pair of hearing aids I bought cost three times as much about 11 years ago. These are just as good.)
