My Elite hearing device is great and the service was fast and timely.

I had the Apex for a few years and my hearing got worse so I switched to the Sona and found it to be so much better, really liking the phone ability to change the volume. It is the best I have used so far and definitely would recommend them.

Great customer service

This is the second pair I have purchased from Otofonix. I upgraded to Sona for the ability to use the app to change programs and sound levels. Has only been a couple weeks, but I am impressed and happy. I can actually watch TV without turning the sound up as high as it will go. (The first pair of hearing aids I bought cost three times as much about 11 years ago. These are just as good.)

I originally bought the Elite for one ear but realized I needed hearing aids for both ears and upgraded to the Sona. I have to say that the people at Otofnix have been GREAT and the hearing aids have helped tremendously. They take a couple of weeks to get used to but I find the more I wear them the better they perform.

Purchased the Sono hearing aids on the 18th of December and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I had got them sooner. They came with full instructions and batteries.The 1st batteries lasted for 11 days. The setup for the smartphone was a piece of cake, and has all the settings anyone should ever need. Go a call from tech support to check on my experience..... Great Product!!!

These hearing aids are absolutely wonderful. Better than your father thousand $500 ones I purchased five years ago. I cannot say enough positive about the customer service or the device itself. The app that links it to my iPhone customize each hearing aid to each ear. The settings are different for each ear because my hearing is different in each ear. Amazing!

Extremely disappointed with the cheap product after buying it for my dad. After seeing advertising, my dad had high hopes but greatly dashed due to background noise it made. So bad it made it useless. Why pay that much for something that breaks that soon? Works no better than a $20 version from Walmart or even China.

It sounded too good to be true and if the deal is too good to be true it is usually a bad deal. I was scared. Then I did more research. I learned that the product was outstanding, the company stands behind it, and I could afford it. For me, the hearing sounds fairly natural. You do hear things that sound a little strange, like the sound of the water hitting your dogs stainless steel water dish. Now I can clearly hear my husband speaking and I can hear the TV loud and clear. I haven't experienced any feedback whatsoever. They aren't uncomfortable in any way and they don't interfere if you wear glass, as I do. If you have a hearing deficit these hearing aids will improve your quality of life. Less

I purchased a pair of very expensive hearing aids 4 years ago only to have one fail one month after the 1 year warranty expired and the other only made it a few months longer. After that I bought an inexpensive hearing amplifier which made things louder but didn’t work very well in noisy environments. Recently I went to a well known hearing aid supplier only to discover that even the cheapest model cost almost $4000 with a, you guessed it, 1 year warranty. I started looking elsewhere and decided to check out the Otofonix. It was more expensive than the other models I looked at but still way less than one tenth the cost of the cheapest hearing aid I looked at. Delivery was super fast. I had one question so I called the company’s tech support and the call was answered with no waiting. The tech support guy was very nice and helpful as well. I am currently wearing the new hearing amplifier and I really like it. My background is in mechanical engineering and electronics and my initial impressions are very favorable. Unit is small and light and fit just fine right out of the box. The instructions are simple and well written. A rocker switch controls both volume and the 4 presets. Short press for volume and long press (3 seconds) to select one of the four presets. So far it works much better than the cheap hearing amplifier and the sound quality, to my ears is on a par with what I remember from my old, expensive, hearing aids. I am going to buy one for the left ear as well. It remains to be seen if it will outlast my old hearing aids but I can buy 10 Otofonix units for less than I would have pay for one cheap hearing aid. It has a 45 day money back guarantee, so I am not too worried about being stuck with it if I decide I don’t like it. Based on it’s performance to date I doubt that will happen. I will update my review if I find anything negative but, so far, I really thing it is great. Less

Love this little thing! I can now hear out of my right eat and the sound is soooo wonderful. Easy to use and the fit is wonderful. My wife paid $3700 for hers and this works just as good. I there is ever a problem with hers she will order this one at one tenth of the price.

Having started to have problems understanding conversation, I had been considering a hearing aid for a while but was put off by the price. The last bit of information that swayed me was the ability to buy tubes for either ear for the same unit, which I did. I ended up using the opposite ear from the one I thought I would prefer. I have been amazed! No break-in period required at all. I've been wearing mine all day every day since I received it, absolutely no discomfort, program 2, level three or four. I let my husband try mine since his in-ear hearing aid was no longer working and he was sold, too, so I ordered one for him as well. His hearing is worse than mine and it's great to be able to have conversations again without repeating several times or using texting. :) Customer service is amazing. too!
