I would give 0 stars if I could!! Do not walk…RUN away from this building company if you have any thoughts of building with them. You will regret every single second. There are about 20 different issues we are currently dealing with and cannot get them to either timely respond or fix the issues. I will come back with more lengthy and detailed reasons but I just want to warn the people right now. (Just a sneak peak for now - we still do not have equipment we paid for because this builder won’t pay the vendor. We closed on our home over 3 months ago (plus the builder got a construction loan to build so why are vendors not being paid?) That’s just a very small sampling. I’ll be back with more including structural issues. Update: We still don’t have the equipment we purchased nor the reimbursement after months of being told “you will have it next week.” Another thing: We have not been able to use our pool or spa since moving in. We missed an entire winter season to use the spa. We’re crossing our fingers and hope they do the right thing and have the issues fixed before we miss the entire pool season. We have been in our home built by Jeremy Wright and his company for almost a year. We have been so pleased with our home. The experience and expertise of Jeremy and his people allowed us to make choices and decisions in the building process. They were knowledgeable and they were patient with us, and spent much time with us as we worked on our plan and through the building period. The quality of one of Jeremy’s homes, he had previously built, was what led us to this company. Through the whole building period, we were not disappointed in that quality!
