My appointment went well. Nice people. So helpful. My new ear aid š. Love it. Been death out of my left ear is difficult but I adjust to it. But having this new technique of technology is good. I love it. So any one and any body if you losing are death go by Puretone they are so helpful.

Extremely happy with my experience of getting hearing aids from Puretone and Roger Garcia. He did a great job of explaining everything and getting me started. Once again, my Mom has had a great experience with the service and hospitality that Puretone in Marshall, TX, has given her! Sheās 97 and they treat her like royalty! Thank you Roger and staff!My husband stopped by Puretone yesterday, unannounced, and was able to be seen where they adjusted his hearing aids, cleaned them and checked his ears for wax, etc. This company is the most generous and caring business weāve ever had the privilege of dealing with. Everything they do is done with the patient in mind. Thank you, once again, for taking care of our problems in such a stellar way!
