I cannot rave about this company enough, absolute superb work!!!I had a large area of damage on driver’s side rear of car that had to have been done by someone in a parking lot (of course no note left) and had delt with it for years but finally decided to get it fixed as my Lexus model is not made anymore so I will always keep it!I received a referral by a local body shop that does not do this type of work to Dent Group of VA, I filled out the website questionnaire for a quote and received the quote within a couple minutes which was right on what the body shop guy had estimated it would be…so very impressed from that to start….then Richi was able to accommodate doing the repair in a same day turn around which was fantastic to not have to get a rental. I just picked it up and it looks totally brand new (Jesse was the one who worked the magic!). The service and quality were top-notch, and I recommend 1000%!Thank you to both Richi & Jesse for the wonderful work and customer experience!!!

Dent Group of VA is the best! Rich took great care with our car and made a nasty door ding on a body line go completely away in just a few hours! His super work means even more to us in that this vehicle is brand new. I would very strongly recommend Rich and the Dent Group, they do great work and are great folks!

Just had Charlie, a technician from Dent Group of VA, remove two dents from my car while I waited! The timing worked out for both of us to have them do the work while I was there. The results are remarkable - you can't tell it there was ever dent, and the customer service was outstanding. Todd, the general manager, and his team made me feel like a VIP. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

My seasoned experience has taught me to obtain multiple estimates for services/products which I might need, but after Todd at Dent Group showed me their work and demonstrated professionalism, I trusted them with my car repairs without seeking other quotes. I dropped off my vehicle at night and it was ready by mid-day the next day. The repair work was flawless! All of the staff at Dent Group maybe exceptional but allow me to provide special thanks to JESSE for doing an outstanding job on repairs to my vehicle.If you're searching for an automotive repair shop, I would strongly recommend that you consider Dent Group. Exceptional service! The free estimate process was incredibly straightforward and I received a fair price almost immediately. I have an extremely busy schedule and Todd was able to come out to my home for the repair. He was timely, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took care of my dent in under 30 minutes. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are magicians. I have no idea what kind of enchanted hammer Tim uses to work on dents without damaging the paint, but the result is undeniable.I am an extremely detail-oriented person, and try as I might, I couldn't even tell where the dents and bends on my door panel was before, after they were done. If I didn't have the pictures, I wouldn't believe it. I even tried to look at reflection lines to see ripples. Nada.I met Tim when I was looking to get the damage repaired another way, and we talked through what they do and generally what it costs. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially considering what this would've cost to fix in a more traditional way.Excellent work. Excellent customer service. Very kind and warm folks -- both Tim and Todd. Todd was the one who dealt with the paperwork and formalities of dropping off and picking up.Bottom line is that if I ever have a situation like this again, my first thought is going to be these guys, even if I have to drive a few hours to get to them. It's hard to find good people, and once I find them, I stick with them.Thank you so much!
