Really impressed with service given by Ultimate Flooring from popping in and looking at samples to measuring up for a quote to actual installation - it was brilliant.Helpful on guiding us to choose the most suitable flooring for the bedrooms and very accommodating as we had very specific timings for installation. The actual installation was very smooth, installers turning up on time and 3 bedrooms fitted in two days . Love our new floors and would happily go back again to Ultimate Flooring

Very happy with work done to fill in floorboard gaps. Shafique came out one week and the floors were done the next. Shafique is very knowledgeable . He advised what would work best. A week later the gaps are gone, the floor looks much better , no draughts, and sqeaks seem to have gone.

It all looks absolutely amazing now. I have never seen it look this good before.From start to finish you and your team were clearly committed to completing an exceptional, very professional job. This included moving a lot of storage items and heavy pews to access the floor and to return them when the work was completed. Thank you also for kindly visiting after the work was carried out to advise and provide materials for cleaning and maintenance. We had a large living room, dining room and kitchen area resanded and varnished in may 2025. The work happened over 5 days and we found the 2 workers very efficient but also very willing to discuss materials,techniques and answer any questions as work progressed over the days. They did a very professional and excellent job and we were delighted with the result.

Very happy with everything. The floor looks great and was good value.Shafique and the floor fitting team worked were very accommodating to my needs as my flat was full of furniture which had to be moved around and I’m pregnant so couldn’t lift heavy things.They worked very hard and to extra care with details such as making sure furniture didn’t scratch the new floor and putting everything back carefullyThey took care in selecting out the different patterns of the wood to be placed in the prominent places and in making the joins between rooms look neat. They were polite and thoughtful with my neighbours to keep disruption to a minimum.I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ultimate Flooring have laid an amazing Ted Todd parquet engineered oak floor for us in our newly combined kitchen and dining room. In addition to the problems we anticipated with different existing floor levels and structures comprising old floorboards, newish floorboards and original concrete, We came across unexpected complications with unstable joists. Shafique and his team found solutions to every obstacle that arose and despite the unplanned additional work, completed our job on time, putting in long days at fair prices. Timing was critical to coincide with a fixed kitchen installation date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be using their services again.
