When we explained that we were after something durable and easy to maintain, due to having pets and children, Shafique suggested we opted for a laminate floor - even though we had originally come in for solid wood and therefore had been prepared to spend a lot more.The team that did the fitting, led by Uri, was fantastic. Ours was a fairly big job as we had heavy stone tiles that needed to be removed in the kitchen, and we also decided to have underfloor heating. But the work was done incredibly quickly and it didn’t feel disruptive - everything was done in four and a half days. We’re so pleased with the results, it has made such a difference to our house. They really helped me choose the exact floor we wanted, they were also happy to discuss it, very patient & loaned me samples happily. Just visited this store. Little interest in engaging with me until my husband was present and as Saturday was his admin day. Nice product selection but many condescending comments for what should be a nice personal local service. Rarely left a store feeling so unwelcome and dismissed.
