Great refurbishment of my 12 year old Ted Tuppen white oak floor. Large area brought back to life like new in 4 days. Great value in comparison to replacing the floor. Careful covering of all areas - and lots of help on hand to move furniture around.

Ultimate Flooring laid a new engineered wood floor for me at short notice and at a good price. The work carried out was to an excellent standard. Couldn’t be happier.

Second time I have used Ultimate Flooring. They did a first class job that really looks good. They extended the area we had covered nine years ago and the new wood is fully compatible with the old which tells you how well the quality lasts. They fitted in with a tight rebuild schedule which really helped. We will be using them again.

Had laminate flooring laid and wanted it to flow from room to room with no joins and was a bit worried that it would not be done as I wanted . I was more than happy with the results they were so neat and the end result was perfect. I would definitely recommend them.

We are very happy with the new laminate flooring. The fitters performed an immaculate work. We weren't sure about installing skirting boards vs Scotia beading we followed Shafique's recommendation which resulted in a better look.

I approached this company on a recommendation from a friend and I couldn't be more pleased with my floor. It looks great and has attracted lots of compliments. The guys who did the work arrived on time, worked hard and were respectful of the property. Also the price was very competitive. I recommend.

Have used them twice now, first for loft conversion, then a few years later for the ground floor extension with underfloor heating. Great wide selection to choose from. Jobs themselves were carried out with minimum disruption. Good advice given re leaks from building works carried out that resolved potential future water damage. Would definately recommend

At this point, I lost confidence in this company and if this is how the survey is transpiring, I would rather not use this unprofessional and cowboy style interaction. Ours was a fairly big job as we had heavy stone tiles that needed to be removed in the kitchen, and we also decided to have underfloor heating. Full disclosure - we haven't purchased any flooring from them yet so can't comment on that. We visited them today and both Shafique and his colleague were hugely helpful, going above and beyond in helping us find the right Quickstep. We've visited a few poorly stocked showrooms already and the range of samples they stock was hugely helpful. Good stuff guys.

Just visited this store. Little interest in engaging with me until my husband was present and as Saturday was his admin day. Nice product selection but many condescending comments for what should be a nice personal local service. Rarely left a store feeling so unwelcome and dismissed. A real shame as I like to support local specialist stores.
