Our family booked two days with Daniel and Colter. Day 1 was just my son and husband with Colter, wading. Day 2 was drifting with both guides. Both guides were extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind. Both days were successful and we had a great time! Highly recommend!!

Daniel needs to practice having integrity with his clients. The DNR of Georgia monitors trout stockings on private waters which include the Nottley River and that river is regularly stocked with rainbow trout. Daniel tries to claim there are giant wild rainbows there and this is simply false as they are stocked. Act with integrity.

My wife and I had Colter as a guide for a half-day wade trip and he was great. He was patient and fun to be around. He taught us both a lot about fly fishing and was very accommodating with our different fly fishing skill levels. The other two people I talked to on the phone were extremely nice and helpful. We have fished with Daniel and his Team of fantastic guides on six different occasions. The first was by accident because the guide I had hoped to book was not available. The next five times, and as many more as we can manage in the future, will be my good fortune. I fish out West, in Michigan and in Maine so when invited to fish in Georgia I had somewhat low expectations. Was I ever wrong! Daniel and his Team took us to a variety of private and public water and every day put us on beautiful trout, some of the most active and largest I have ever seen. Daniel was the perfect guide. Making arrangements was easy, and he knew right where to take us. After we left, he realized I overplayed him and immediately called me. I never would have realized it otherwise.

My dad and I learned how to fly fish with Daniel. He is a good teacher and he is also very knowledgeable. We did a full weekend with Daniel, the first day was a half day trip and the second day a full day trip. Probably caught over 40 fish (we stopped counting). It was a great fishing experience!
