Three years ago I made changes and one of those was to go to the gym but didn’t know where to begin. I was introduced to CrossFit Elkhart and started going 2-3 times a week, soon after that it was 5-6 times a week. The CrossFit community encouraged me to make dietary changes and that combined with regular class attendance helped me lose 40 pounds. CrossFit Elkhart was a great choice for me!

After losing my father in 2021 I decided it was time to start watching my health…it started as a work thing but eventually became an addiction of going to the gym each day. The support at CFE is great and so are the people but at the end of the day it's me vs me! I do all I can do each workout and I'm getting more mobile and losing a few inches along the way!
