I started coming to this gym about a year ago and I love it! Great workouts that are about an hour long. I usually go at 6PM and Alyssa is a good coach. They gotten new equipment which are so nice and I will miss the people and the community when I move.

I used to visit this place before I moved away in 2016. Had a couple drop in WODS and was very happy with the experience. Lots of equipment and space!

I dropped in a few times and did 23.2 at this gym! The owner was very welcoming and helpful. Warda was supportive and knowledgeable. I've been at CF for 12 years and have dropped in many gyms and this one was one of the best! Clean and lots of equipment.

For a beginner like me, I really appreciate the fact that none of the coaches get annoyed when I ask them questions.They are there to help us out.I even like the fact there is a wholesome community they have built. People are naturally super helpful. That’s a big + for me.

Love the gym and the coaches (Riley, Kate and Austin) . I only know them since I work in the evenings. There are probably more that I am missing to mention. The energy is high and the coaches always help you correct your stance and poster. With so many people in the gym, it’s hard for any individual to consistently help out it’s members. Special thanks to all the coaches there.I would recommend this gym. Give it a try and show some patience! Results to do not come overnight.- Shri
