I highly recommend my coach Edgar Today marked my inaugural day with him in Newark, New Jersey. His expertise was evident throughout the session.. I am 51-year-old with osteoporosis and arthritis problem. Edgar diligently monitored my progress, ensuring that I executed the exercises and lifted the weights with proper form. Concluding the class, he engaged in a comprehensive discussion on various aspects, including dietary considerations, medication management, and the importance of adequate sleep.

I dropped in on a weekend trip to the Friday noon class. It was a packed house! Simone was attentive and thoughtful with her warm ups. The community was kind and inviting. It was not overly competitive which is a change of pace from my own gym but I could see this being a great gym for welcoming beginners. The music was 🔥 and I had a good workout! Thanks for the hospitality.

My first day at this new CrossFit gym was an awesome experience, thanks to Coach Edgard L. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Edgard took the time to explain the workout, corrected my form, and made sure I felt confident and safe throughout the class. The energy of the gym is great, and the coaching is truly top-notch.
