Both Jackie and Ron are very professional and handle follow up immediately. I have used Apex for cleaning my new home carpet which is older and Ron restored it to almost new. When we had an issue in our old home with the inspector pulling up the carpet Ron fixed it right away even though their schedule is very tight. They do excellent work!
