Very excellent with my autistic daughter. I had major anxiety about my daughter's dental care she doesn't cope well with alot of pain. Her dentist makes sure she is fully "numbed" before they start working on her teeth. Between insurance related issues and my daughter not coping with pain and the sound of the drill well, she needs alot of work done on her teeth. Everyone at Secure Dental are nice and helpful very gentle on an anxious kids mouth. I definitely recommend Secure Dental to everyone. Less

I really like how fast you can get scheduled and they are also fast when you get there. My first appointment they cleaned and X-rays and then dr was like want me to fix your cavity’s today or next appointment. Got me numb and did a really good job! Less

I am this review because of the overall experience. The first time was interesting no walls, no privacy- negative for me.The support medical assistants are great, and the front staff switch so much well- friendly. Dr. Daniel Kang is nice, explains things, and I do like that he cleans the teeth vs a hygienist. He numbs you well, and I love this. When I needed a crown he did a great job, it looks great, BUT he was a bit rough pressing it in and he said it is best. He said if it pops off to come in and he’ll redo it. No crown of mine has ever popper off- a little weary about that.I’m sure it is true, but having a crown and feeling like I had surgery is not a good feeling about 4 days later my jaw felt better.My main complaint is the waiting room is a challenge for me because I have severe asthma, I have to puff on rescue inhaler due to the heavy marijuana stank! Everyone has a right to breathe when going into a non smoking area. The no walls is a privacy issue for me Less

I checked in at 2:15p, had x-rays, a check over, a repair plan, 4 tooth extractions and was checked out at 3:07p The Dr was nice, professional, wasn't condescending about the state of my teeth, was helpful and thorough, gave me antibiotics and actual pain medication, not just ibuprofen 800s. I'm from Dubuque and it was definitely worth the drive. Was definitely pleasantly surprised which is not common in going to dentists. Less

They were understanding about my situation and didn't make me feel bad for how bad my teeth were. My only qualm was feeling a bit rushed. When the dentist came in, he talked very fast and I felt like he was just trying get through my appointment as fast as possible. Less

First visit was for a very painful broken tooth and from sitting down in the exam chair to leaving pain and broken teeth free was only about 45 minutes. Everyone were very thorough, talked about everything thing that was going to happen, let me know what they were doing, listened to my concerns and helped me when I needed to take a break from the procedure. Was very quick and hardly felt anything.Second visit was to fill cavities found on the 1st visit. Again everyone was so nice and told me about what was happening and let me take breaks to be comfortable during the fillings.I've already recommended them to several friends who are hesitant about going to the dentist like myself. They’re unbelievably organized, often treat multiple patients simultaneously but never show stress.IMPORTANT NOTE for those who dread visits to dentist….. Everyone at secure dental was real nice and friendly the receptionist was real nice, the oral hygienist was real nice and sweet, the doctor was real nice but he kept splashing water all over mine face and my glasses and didn't wipe it off. Other than that they are real fast and friendly and real sweet. That place is real inviting with a nice atmosphere. I'd recommend friends family and coworkers to go here. I was referred here by Ear2Ear Smiles Dentistry on W. Kimberly Rd. because all their doctors quit and all they have are oral hygienist and a receptionist right now and they're looking for a new doctor or two to hire. My crown had fell off (done in a different state) and I was able to get in fairly quick. The doctor was very nice and explains everything that needs to be done while showing me (I needed more work done). Staff is very nice. I didn't feel uncomfortable or judged or pressured to make any decisions. So glad I found them!! Less

This place is amazing. My dentist listened to me when I said I need max numbing top and bottom of mouth where work was done on just one part- just bottom. So he did that first go and I was numb in 20 mins! I was in and out so fast. He showed me what tooth was messed up, turns out to be a chipped molar in the back. He fixed it up and showed me after the fix!Very cheap without dental insurance as well. I WILL BE BACK love it Less

Had all my teeth pulled the doctor do not communicate very well. I didn't even know that they were about to start numbing me with the needle that they put in your gum. They started to numb the bottom first and then the top and started at the top instead of the bottom which made no sense to me. They were very nice and respectful until the end when my last four teeth were causing pain and I already had as much numbing agent as I could since they started to work backwards from administrating the numbing agent. Afterwards the woman was very nice and told me everything I needed to do to be able to take care of my mouth after leaving the office; However they never gave me anything to clean out my gums no syringe or anything like that that was mentioned in the aftercare paperwork. They let me go with only one small thing of gauze to be able to put in my gums, I actually needed about three to five times as much due to the medication I was on that I told them I am on. It causes blood thinning. After all was said and done I am no longer in pain from my teeth that gave me years of pain and am grateful that there are people that can do this type of job in the world. I went in to get my denture. They told me the do's and don't of how to take care of my dentures. If dentures starts to hurt come in to see what is going on. A+ from me. Less
