Had all my teeth pulled the doctor do not communicate very well. I didn't even know that they were about to start numbing me with the needle that they put in your gum. They started to numb the bottom first and then the top and started at the top instead of the bottom which made no sense to me. They were very nice and respectful until the end when my last four teeth were causing pain and I already had as much numbing agent as I could since they started to work backwards from administrating the numbing agent. Afterwards the woman was very nice and told me everything I needed to do to be able to take care of my mouth after leaving the office; However they never gave me anything to clean out my gums no syringe or anything like that that was mentioned in the aftercare paperwork. They let me go with only one small thing of gauze to be able to put in my gums, I actually needed about three to five times as much due to the medication I was on that I told them I am on. It causes blood thinning. After all was said and done I am no longer in pain from my teeth that gave me years of pain and am grateful that there are people that can do this type of job in the world. They were very helpful and kind. Great customer service and they had no problem with me using personal earbuds for any anxiety. I moved back to the QC in May.m, I was referred by insurance to go to Secure Dental; I see Daniel Kang.. I have had situational anxiety when visiting a dentist due to an allergic reaction to laughing gas when I was younger and having the wrong teeth pulled/worked on etc. The office is immaculate, customer service in the office is awesome, and the phone etiquette is as also awesome once you get past the AI robot. I do wish they had walls to make it a bit more private. But that is not a deal breaker for me. I love how awesome the staff is, they understand this, and they always put the pink stuff on the gums before injecting the numbing agent. He say lift your left hand if you feel pain. He explains all his steps, asks if you have questions, and he shows you what is wrong as well. I like that the dentists clean the teeth. I wear a cochlear and a hearing aid. They always speak loud enough and clear to where I can hear them. Since Covid my mouth gets really sore during and after. I usually swell too. But if you have to call they are always kind and care about their patients; they also are able to get you in if you have an emergency and or regular visit. I highly recommend Dr Daniel Kang. I am sure the other dentist are excellent, but I can only speak on my experience with him. Less

The Asian man that pulled 11 teeth out for me did an amazing job he's in Davenport office the secure dental place in moline where a female tried to pull 3 teeth but it hurt to bad for me to finish... secure dental in Davenport was comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff I was scared to death going in 😳 with lots of anxiety but dental assistant and dentist let my wife in too hold my hand and watch, I am 43 yrs old my teeth were in good condition 5yrs ago, I inherited the gum disease anyways, he gave plenty of novacain but w infection u still feel pain, I would have love to see a video 📹 of it lol maybe not, he was fast and very helpful. We searched for 2 hours on Saturday within a 100 mile radius for an emergency tooth extraction. Secure Dental was one of the only places open within two hours of us. They were able to see us same-day with 2 hour travel. Due to the need to travel, we only had one chance to get to a dentist office before the rest closed. The male receptionist with glasses was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about Secure Dental's day-to-day operations which made us feel confident to choose this practice and make the drive out. The dentist was able to see us promptly, removed the tooth, with only $75 co-pay with insurance. All other dentists were closed for the weekend. This is the one practice in a hundred mile radius that understands the needs of its community. Thank god for dentists who decide to work on the weekends. It's a shame no businesses in my surrounding communities care to provide such a critical service. Thank god for Secure Dental. Truly. Less
