Was on business travel to West Palm and signed up as a walk in for the 5am class. Instructor Tom was extremely welcoming and helpful despite this being the first class of the day. Love that they have a 5am class. Very much recommend.

Initially you might feel that this place could be potentially quite intimidating when there's a full class of everybody throwing around the weights and doing some crazy stuff, but then you realise that you can do it with help and guidance and before you know it, you're flying. I like this place. They've managed very well with my shoulder injury and worked around not having to use my shoulders, and on top of that, they keep it clean. some pictures to show you.

This was my first Crossfit Gym. I joined Crossfit Squad 2 years ago when I moved to FL and have been nothing but happy with my experience. I played sports all my life, but after 2 years here, I am in better shape than I ever have been. The coaches are great and truly want you to get better. The programming is also fantastic.Most importantly, the community in this gym is top notch. I've made tons of friends through the gym, and every day is a social hour as much as it is an hour to workout.I highly suggest anyone who has done crossfit or not stop by for a class. You'll be hooked right away.

Squad is the best crossfit gym i've been to, its great for all ages and experience levels. The programming is great, flexible class times, coaches are professionals and know their stuff, everyone who goes here is very friendly and welcoming. These workouts will get you in shape - highly recommended you come in if you live nearby or just passing through!

I was on vacation in Florida with my family and was lucky enough to find this absolute gem of a gym. I was training for Hyrox Washington DC and wanted to find a workout that would challenge me which is tough to do with a lot of the Franchise gym concepts. Crossfit Squad delivered an amazing workout that pushed my cardio to the max, left my legs feeling like swiss cheese but also made sure to cool me down appropriately at the end. Everyone made me feel like a full time member and it was a great balance of community + competition. If I didn't live outside NYC, I would be a regular at The Crossfit Squad!

I visited West Palm Beach for a few days from NYC, and I was eager to get in a CrossFit class. A friend recommended The CrossFit Squad, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I signed up for the noon CrossFit/Hyrox class, and it quickly became one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. Coaches Paige, Adam, and Rooney were absolutely phenomenal—they were all incredibly knowledgeable and led an amazing session that truly pushed me to my limits. They went above and beyond to help me throughout the class, which made all the difference.Even though I'm not an avid CrossFitter, this class sparked something in me and definitely brought me a step closer to becoming one! The gym’s location is perfect, and the staff was beyond friendly and supportive. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in West Palm!

I’ve been with The CrossFit Squad for several years now. I think a lot of people can let the notion of a CrossFit gym intimidate them, but from my first day I felt welcomed and included. The programming is exactly what you need to get into the best shape of your life, at least it was for me. While the programming is something special, the community is what keeps me coming 5/6 times a week. Squad is competitive but encouraging, pushes and accommodates you, knows where you’re at but sees where you could be. If you’re looking for an engaging, challenging, and exciting way to change your life, The CrossFit Squad is where it’s at.
