Great place and great coaching. I drop into a lot of places when I travel for work and it did not disappoint. In 3 days I saw 2 different coaches. Both ran through the warm-up and reviewed the movement for the workout. Their attention to proper form was perfect. Whether you're a beginner or a veteran, this is always helpful.

I travel a ton and have dropped in to multiple different CrossFit gyms and have realized just how lucky I am to have CrossFit squad as my home gym. Before each class there is an extensive warm up and teaching/practice of the movements, which has been so helpful for me being new to CrossFit. The coaches are happy to answer any questions, critique form, and accommodate subs for movements. The WODs are UNMATCHED and get you excited to push yourself. I appreciated this gym before but have a new level of appreciation now that I know what’s out there. You guys really are the best! No other gyms have come remotely close to your level. Crossfit squad has excellent programming, knowledgeable coaches that ensure everyone is practicing good form and getting the most our of their workout. I've been going to the CrossFit Squad for a couple months now and it is awesome! I've made a lot of progress and the coaches are nice and knowledgeable. The only downside is that it gets pretty busy, but that's only because it's awesome! They have a lot of different classes to fit your schedule too.

While I was on vacation i decided to drop in to The CrossFit Squad for the week. I found the atmosphere very welcoming. The coaching was excellent. The workouts were tough. I loved the experience and would definitely recommend them.

This place is awesome, at first I was hesitant about it because I never did anything related to workouts at gyms etc. only on my own. When I’m visiting my family and occasionally snowbirding in the Palm Beach County area from Chicago, CrossFit Squad is my gym of choice. Great membership to workout with, great coaches, very large facility with ample ventilation (huge door openings) and great programming. In addition, very convenient and flexible hours/class times.

I *highly* recommend CrossFit Squad! I recently relocated from Seattle, and was worried about keeping up. But the coaches are so positive and provide great instant feedback on technique/form during every lift. Great gym and great coaches. I have a torn labrum in my right shoulder an didn’t think CrossFit was possible. Communicated that to the coaches and they are able to modify any exercise for me. Almost a year later an my shoulder feels more stable then it has ever felt.

I’ve been to my fair share of CrossFit boxes and Squad is the best in west palm. Squad has a small family feel and the coaches are very experienced! Highly recommended!

I've been a member of Crossfit Squad for about a year. The facility provides everything you would expect out of a top-notch crossfit gym, and its always kept clean. Been here for a year now and I have improved skills that I hadn’t improved in other CrossFit gyms in 3 years. The class times are the most convenient in the area (I’ve checked) and the coaching is top notch. Gymnastics and powerlifting are skills that you normally have to work on and here they offer specific classes for those skills twice per week. I highly recommend!!

All the staff and the other cross fitters are very encouraging. Every time I think I'm going to die 😁😁.....I look around and realize I'm fighting my own journey and the trainers and others are there cheering me on to win. Without writing an epilogue... You just have to try it. You'll be pushed past your limit and feel stronger than you ever thought possible!

The gym provides so many options- standard crossfit, weightlifting classes, a gymnastics skill movement class, peak physique which is a heart rate monitored class you can do as an add-on, a physical therapist that has some office hours there, an infrared sauna, a masseuse available and now also yoga is being offered on a regular basis as well as a program that is being added in for the over 60 client to improve balance and fitness and more age-specific movements. They are involved with community events and it feels like everyone could find a place to improve their overall well being here. This place is incredible. They accommodate to people of all ages and sizes, and make sure everyone feels welcome. The trainers have a “can do” attitude, and they do a remarkable job helping their members accomplish their fitness goals.

I dropped in multiple times with a big group during the Crossfit Regionals. Derek was a great host and Angel was a phenomenal coach- especially during a time with tons of drop ins. Squad represents everything great about Crossfit- they reduced the drop-in fee for the weekend, let us do some of our own workouts, and went above and beyond to accommodate us!
