I have been working with Jessica and her team for over 3 years. I had tried many other programs/diets/etc and this is the first one that has been sustainable long term, because it is customized to work with my life and my body. I have lost over 30 lbs while gaining muscle without having to be restrictive with the foods I can eat. The Badass Blueprint also helped me resolve some gut issues and balance my hormones, so I am no longer having menopause symptoms and am sleeping much better.

I am just over 4 months in to the program and my only regret is not doing it sooner! I feel like I had tried pretty much everything before and made a little progress, but it never continued and didn’t stay off. In the short time I’ve been with this program I’m down 15 pounds, sleeping better than I have for years, and feeling better than I have for years, both mentally and physically. The guidance coaching, videos, and tools are exceptional and I am so thankful???

I’m a client of Jessica Samson since March, 2023. I was 38 yrs old, the heaviest I had ever been, feeling sick all of the time and exhausted no matter what I did or didn’t do. WHAT was happening to me??? Then I lost my Mom who was my best friend, an amazing Grandmother to my girls and my last living parent. That was it. I had to get answers. I NEEDED help and wanted someone to just hear me and really explain why my body was crashing on me!My journey here has been full of growth, celebrations, learning curves, and *bonus* building great friendships in a community of incredible women. I would give myself this gift over and over again. I lost 40lbs and I’ve been healing not only my body but my spirit.I am gaining. But instead of gaining weight and more bad coping skills along with shame because my symptoms were real - I just couldn’t find the answers; I’m gaining the tools and learning from Coaches so I can be the person I want to be and live the life I want to. I have so much gratitude for The Badass Blueprint. Jess, you and the entire team’s love and passion to be teachers, leaders, and help women feel their best and actually heal is a true gift 💜 I love that I’m heard… that I’m not alone and I’m not shoved into a “one size fits all” generic plan.
