I spent two weeks dropping in at CrossFit Wildwood while I was in town visiting family and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The WODs were tough and varied with lots of scaling options. The coaches were excellent and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

In town for a short weekend. Contacted this gym about a drop in rate. They have a 4000sqft amply staffed open gym facility as well as cf gym. Highly recommend. I coordinated with coach Mike who was pleasant and welcoming.

This place is amazing! The coaches care and are athletes themselves and are pushing you the entire way to the best of your ability. The programming really allows you to get stronger, healthier and not just see, but feel the results. We both love it out here and we have a lot of friends within 1st Phorm. - I knew leaving Koda (gym back home) was going to be really hard for me. There’s something special about the bonds you build with people you train with; trauma bonds. The family aspect, the amount of support you receive and the camaraderie. - I’ve spent the last five months trying out different CF gyms here in Saint Peter’s, Saint Charles, O‘Fallon, etc. Not one of them really gave me the freedom to do open gym, one of them charged me more for open gym/unlimited, I never felt welcomed, I never felt “home” and I’ve honestly felt so alone these last five months. - Training alone sucks. 10/10 don’t recommend lol. - Even though it’s 30 minutes out of my way, I have found my home here at CFWW and I cannot express the amount of gratitude I feel towards those of you I have met so far. I dropped in to Crossfit Wildwood for a week over the holidays while back home visiting family. This is the second time I've dropped in and the first time in the new space. Both times were a great experience! The coaches and community are very welcoming and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Whether you're visiting or looking for a new gym, this is the place to go for quality programming, a clean and well equipped space, and a really fun atmosphere. This is my go to whenever I'm in town and look forward to my next visit! Less

Very supportive and friendly community, big focus on proper form and safety and a great balance between aerobic, strength and gymnastics! I felt welcomed from my very first workout and now I’m totally addicted!

Amazing CrossFit gym! The owner, Mike Petruso, has created a phenomenal experience. He constantly reinvests into this facility with top rate equipment, top rate instruction, and has built a community that is second to NONE.

You will not find a better top-to-bottom Crossfit gym. Crossfit Wildwood hits all the marks: Coaching, Programming, Equipment, Cleanliness, Hours of Operation, and most importantly, Community.

I have been visiting Crossfit Wildwood for the past 2 years when I come into town to visit family. My feelings about it have been the same since day 1. Amazing group of people who are friendly and inviting. Encouragement and kindness from all the coaches and on top of that always a great workout. Structured classes, good loud music (which is a must for me)! I would recommend to anyone.

CrossFit done right! I dropped in for a WOD (unexpectedly). Coach Mike was welcoming and accommodating. He made it a priority to get to know me and introduce me to the rest of the class. I saw myself getting bigger but the questions arose “was I really healthy or in great shape?” This was proven very quickly when I walked out of the Crossfit Wildwood box for the first time…clearly not in shape. Crossfit pushes you to achieve goals you never thought were possible. My first visit I was extremely impressed with my interaction with #Mike Petruso, owner. Mike provided me with an outline of programming, went over my goals and then set the expectations of the box. This is where it all clicked for me. Mike’s enthusiasm and passion for Crossfit is extremely important but his real passion is seeing the development in each of his members. He holds each athlete accountable for their development in achieving their goals. He has created a true CF family here in Wildwood. Mike has instilled in every single athlete who walks into this box to leave their egos at home. We are a family and we all move together through our health continuum together. I can say this, you will not find a more organized, engaged, inspiring coach at any other CF box…atleast I would argue all day long. I travel quite a bit for work and have the opportunity to drop into many other CF boxes---I appreciate each of these boxes I have visited but it’s no-where near the culture of what Mike has built. If you dropped into this box, you will be introduced; welcomed and most likely every athlete will make sure they have the opportunity to shake your hand. You think I am joking—come check it out. I started thinking about what was different in these boxes than that of CFWW. Our members. Our coach. Our culture. We all have weights, we all have row machines, and we all have tshirts. BUT, it’s what is behind that tshirt that builds a strong box and CFWW community. I appreciate every day that I have the opportunity to participate in a CF workout with my wife, great friends, and excellent coach. So, if you are looking for a CF box or lifestyle change, you will not be disappointed in this place. Just to give you an example of the dedication and belief in this box, coach and culture----we have members who travel over 40 miinutes to be at THIS BOX, THIS COMMUNITY and pass 5-6 others on the way…Let me sum it up this way— If #God and #Greg Glassman dropped into this gym—they would be impressed with what is going on here!
