Been consistently going twice a week for the past 6 weeks. This is the first gym where I have been consistently going. I find the workouts are matched to my level, and the coaches (about out to Breanna) have helped me match routines to my ability.

I love going to Fitness Evolution! The coaches are able to give you individual attention due to small class sizes. Weight lifting was something I knew I needed to do but never could do it regularly on my own. I love the accountability, support, and super strong body I have gotten while being a member at FE. My balance and over all health is so much better as I am aging.

Definitely the best gym experience I’ve had in Columbus. The trainers are thoughtful and skilled professionals that genuinely want to see you excel. The community is welcoming and supportive. My only complaint is that they occasionally have raffles and I have yet to win :).

I’ve tried other programs, gym memberships, personal trainers, but everything always felt like a “one size fits all” method, and that did not work for my needs. Finding FE was a breath of fresh air. Not only were they thorough in my entry evaluation, asking about any hindrances I might have, or past injuries, but extremely transparent about their whole process and goals as an establishment. They really care about giving you long lasting strength and healing in the right way for YOUR body. Everything is catered to your needs. Just this week, I was still able to do a modified workout with an injury. They took great care to make sure I was able and comfortable the whole time. Going to Fitness Evolution has been the best thing that I’ve ever done for myself. I have always hated working out and have felt so anxious about starting at a gym. This is the first time in my life that I have looked forward to working out, and I go at 6am to do so because I enjoy it so much. I shared with them that I injured my ribs about a year ago and they have worked with me to make sure no exercises make it worse while also making sure to remind me of different things that will help to prevent future injuries. As someone who is very anxious about COVID, I feel so safe being there, with everyone in masks the entire time, equipment cleaned frequently and distancing strongly enforced. I’ve been coming for almost a year and definitely notice the results! Not only are they great with communication and flexibility, but they also take the health of their clients seriously. The gym follows strict sanitation guidelines, practices safe social distancing, and conduct temperature checks. There are only a few people in a class, which is great because it’s not overcrowded like orange theory classes or other group fitness classes that I’ve done in the past. They even do a virtual “in person” class where they will still design a workout catered to you and you can “attend” a live class from home complete with live instruction from your trainer! Love this place! Small group training is great, the workouts are customized and change every month so you don't get bored. I also love the total body intervals class on Sunday, it's a challenging class that still allows you modify and go at your own pace if needed. Studio is clean and bright with plenty of space!

Bright, clean and friendly. There are no bulky meat heads throwing plates around and grunting to make you feel intimidated. Everything is clean and all the equipment is new and functional. Although I live hundreds of miles away from the new gym, I know Melanie through her online work. She is a terrific coach and has great knowledge about fitness, exercise, and nutrition. If I ever get to Columbus OH, you can bet I'm stopping in!
