Grey Owl Technician, Tyler, was out at my house for leak detection services earlier today. Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as a careful listener and excellent communicator. He was very kind and patient and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. In these current times, service providers that display the utmost level of customer service seem harder and harder to come by, but this was certainly not the case with Tyler. It was extremely evident that Tyler is very passionate about his job and takes great care in the work he does and service he provides. While I hope that we don’t suspect a leak at our house anytime in the near future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Grey Owl Leak Detection—and specifically request Tyler—in an instant should the need arise!

Very thorough and spent the time to pinpoint the slab leak. Locators in the past generally marked the line and left. Grey Owl identified the manifolds and where the plumber would need to reroute. Initially we thought the leak was in a different pipe route. Thanks for verifying and not just relying on the warm spot.

Tyler came to our home to detect an unknown leak and he was amazing! He had such a friendly personality that really brought light to a not-so-fun situation. Our kitchen suffered a burst water pipe in the wall behind our refrigerator. Our plumber from Phend Plumbing brought in Tyler from Grey Owl to assist with leak detection and formulating a strategy to reroute delivery of water to the refrigerator by creating a new line. The solution enabled repair without breaking into concrete. We are very thankful for the expertise that Tyler brought to the situation and we are definitely satisfied customers!

John spent 20 minutes in a phone consultation regarding a leak in the slab of my apartment when Grey Owl will quite possibly not even land this business once the property management picks their own people to do the work. These guys were professional, quick, were here the same day I called, showed up on time and found the leak from the upstairs condo bath overflow right away after one other guy (above condo owner hired) didn’t. HIGHLY recommend!! Five Stars! Yay! No more wondering where this water was coming from!! 🙌
