What a great experience! I just went for my first visit with a Living Social voucher and they were extremely professional, clean, thorough and friendly. My esthetician, Katie, was so wonderful! They treated me like they truly want my continued business, not just a cheapskate with a coupon! Can't wait to get zapped again! Note: They have a strict but appropriate no-show/cancellation policy. It is enforced so you're not wasting the estheticians time (and affecting their income) but also to ensure that there are available appointments for those who wish to be seen in a timely manner.
