On a Friday afternoon before the long weekend, my alarm detector went off for no reason and even when I removed the battery kept beeping throughout the night. On Saturday morning, I looked up and found Rigid electric and called even though I was stressing because I didn’t think it would be possible to come quickly and this issue would eat up my entire long weekend. To my surprise, he came within an hour and identified the issue (alarm needed replacing) AND had proactively bought a new detector to replace. Very friendly and professional with an overall very competitive price, Rigid really helped me out and highly recommend.
