After a herniated disc left me with nerve damage affecting my calf and foot strength, Angie worked with me over eight weeks using the Stimpod nerve stimulator along with myofascial and alignment work. The improvement in my motor function was substantial, which allowed me to return to my sport much faster. She's thorough, she explains her reasoning, and she gets results. Angie is a gifted physical therapist with additional certifications in myofascial release and the lymphatic system. She brings all this knowledge to treat a variety of back, hip and leg issues resulting from a bad auto accident I had years ago. Angie also offers Stim Pod treatment for neuropathy which has been life changing. She is a caring professional who I highly recommend.

I have lymphedema, and it's difficult to get appointments at hospital-based clinics -- and when you do, it's usually only around 30-45 minutes of treatment. So when I noticed "CLT" (Certified Lymphedema Therapist) on Dr. DeBorja's practice's window while walking down 36th Street, I was so excited! I've had three or four hour-long appointments with her already and have been so pleased with her care. Dr. DeBorja is knowledgeable, collaborative, and most of all very compassionate. I enjoy our visits -- and my lymphatics do, too! :)

I had been struggling with significant weakness in my hand for years due to idiopathic neuropathy, especially with fine motor tasks. After working with Dr. Angie using StimPod therapy, I noticed real, tangible improvements. I was able to use tools like a nail clipper and a can opener much more easily—things that had become very difficult for me without using my own ways of coping.One of the most meaningful changes was that, when I had a fever in the past, I completely lost the use of my hand. It was terrifying, and I dreaded getting sick again. This year, during my StimPod treatments, I came down with another fever, but did not lose nearly the same strength or mobility, which was a huge difference.I also hadn’t been able to cross my fingers in years due to weakness, and after these sessions, I was finally able to do it again! That was amazing (!) and really showed that something was improving.Dr. Angie is warm, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful to know that it is possible that I can make progress! I’m a 75 year old woman and have been really uncomfortable most of my adult life. Stiff neck, killer low back pain, right hip arthritis. All of this discomfort became too much.
