I had Ewell at 5PM and let me just say HE WAS AMAZING! The food was absolutely excellent. I got a Burria Quesadilla and my friend got Birria Tacos. Everything was cooked to perfection!!! The server was extremely attentive and continued to check on us throughout our meal. The atmosphere was amazing. 10/10 would go again!

Sarah was incredible, and the flautas always taste great. The coconut drink with coconut tequila tastes delicious. Whenever I come to Syracuse, I try to eat at “Guadalajara”, because I love the customer service and the environment.
