Superior communication! Timely delivery. Went above and beyond! I had a fantastic experience renting a unit while we had our ceilings and floors remodeled. I booked this on a weekend evening not expecting any communication until Monday, but within 10 minutes I was talking to a human (a luxury in this day and age,) confirming and offering support for best practices regarding the task at hand and my preferred orientation when they delivered it later that week. The unit arrived today and is clean and ready to be loaded! Highly highly recommended!
