it’s been a few months since I had my new roof put on. we’ve experienced strong winds and heavy rain. The roof looks great and no leaks. Very professional and timely. Mr Handal did everything he said and more. I couldn‘t be more satisfied. I didn’t go with the cheapest this time, Handal was right in the middle price range. Although the company will fix things when brought to their attention, there was lots of re-work on my roof. Visit 1 – replace roof (roofer forgot to take windstorm pics that are required during this phase) Visit 2 – inspect roof for windstorm - failed due to not changing the entire roof (skipped a spot above dining room window) Visit 3 – Complete roof replacement (spot above dining room window) Visit 4 -Roof Inspection number 2 – had to remove parts of roof to inspect since pictures were not taken, - Resolved Visit 5 - Hot water heater vent fell off from roof after being improperly reinstalled. - Resolved After visit 5, I found spots of rotted decking that were not brought to my attention or replaced during the re-roof. Overall, just a sloppy job done in a hurry. Handal has offered to come out again and repair the rotted decking they skipped, but I have chosen not to allow them to do any further work on my home at this time. I don’t have faith in their craftsmanship anymore, and unless I have a visible issue that needs to be repaired under warranty, I will leave it as it is. They did a really good job on my other house a couple of years ago, so this was disappointing. Two stars. Less
