There are different classes to suit your abilities from beginner boxing, intermediate sparring, advanced boxing and even has a class for teenagers. I unfortunately, have nothing positive to say about the owner or the facility! Jacks(Jackson Hewitt) has done the wrong thing by me in a number of ways - he has underpaid me multiple times, - increase my gym fees in an unfair way and - forced all of my personal trai... More

Get around them. After a couple of trial sessions my 10 year old son is all in and loving it. Great set up with a trainer who obviously knows what he is doing.
