The best gym for Spartan training in Fresno. High intensity Spartan workouts on Saturdays. They also have great Spartan obstacles to practice on. Many Top Spartan athletes use this gym for training. Highly recommend

Paul is an amazing person. I had no confidence in running but even worse any remembrance of how to even run. Paul helped. Little steps taken then little steps became quick steps. Was in Fresno for just a few days for work. I needed to find a gym to get some work in. This is the first placed I stopped by, really glad I did.
