You may get tired of hearing this, but Dr Schallow, Dr Orem and NUCCA changed my life. I felt sick all of the time, slept very little, had a racing heart and couldn’t find relief. I saw endocrinologists, cardiologists, primary care physicians, and standard chiropractors. No one could find an answer. It took the NUCCA team awhile but very gradually I began feeling better and better. Today I feel healthy, I’m happy, sleep well and my resting heart rate is around 75.I’ve referred friends, both sisters, my daughter and husband. Dr Orem and NUCCA have been a boon to all of them. I’m incredibly grateful that I found my way to these dear and highly skilled people who have the ability to transform lives. . Thank you!

My experience with NUCCA chiropractic care has been very positive. I have seen chiropractors for many years but the pain never went away. This has gotten to the core of the problem and taken away the pain. So thankful for my care here.

I left 2 stars instead of lower because the doctors and staff were very nice. NUCCA is a bit confusing but the Dr. took the time to explain it to me and overall it seems very interesting and if it works, thats awesome. My issue, however, is that I made an appointment… I took time away from work to drive across town to go to the initial appointment only to be told that they don't accept insurance (you can pay and submit to insurance on your own and have them possibly reimburse you) and that the 2 appointments required to start right off the bat would collectively cost around $700 out of pocket due at time of service..on top of the additional out of pocket cost to continue treatment appointments going forward… That's not some small amount of money and times are really hard right now for everyone. Had they let me know their policy beforehand or mentioned they don't accept insurance I would have never wasted either of our time on top of personally losing money from taking off work to be there… I didn’t think that was right or fair. They have every right to have their policies and run things In a way that works for them, I would have just appreciated them to be more transparent about it so I could have made an informed decision.

I had ear ringing, continous headache, upper neck and lower back pain for over a year. Dr. Orem fixed all of in in about a month and I'm still maintaining it with minor adjustments. I appreciate all she has done for me and encourage others to try it.

Update 12/17/24 Dr. Schallow passed away about a year ago now. He was sick last year and our appointments were cancelled because he declined and could not see patients. God rest his soul. About 2 weeks ago we got a flier reminding us to come in. We will have to find another office - the wait for an appointment is 7 months. That is ridiculous. What if you were really hurting or sick? Yeah, no thanks there are others down the road who get good reviews and will see us in a timely fashion. Here starts the original review. Dr. Schallow is the best ever. I had never been to a Nucca chiropractor but am convinced it is because of Upper Cervical and Dr. Schallow that I was able to cut my chemotherapy short. A great experience.

Dr. Orem has helped me tremendously. I have learned to recognize when my spine is out of alignment and just how much an adjustment to the atlas can improve my various functions.

I honestly don’t understand how this all works but I’m so glad I looked into this treatment! My aches and pains have disappeared, no headaches or migraines since my first adjustment. Dr. Oram is great! She takes her time to explain everything. All of the staff are super friendly.
