I love all the classes. The atmosphere in the gym is always positive. I feel really comfortable in the classes and no two classes are ever the same. The variety keeps it challenging and I've been recommending the gym to everyone!

Full body workout with good variety of classes. Enjoying the classes a lot and can slot in on different days and times. Suits all levels. Recommend anyone to give it a go and you'll definitely commit after trying a seesion.

Brilliant experience and a very well put together hyrox sim!It was very well set up for every run you came into you knew exactly where you were going, the posters stating how many reps was good and clear and the judges kept you right the whole time. Everyone was very encouraging and reassured you and pushed you on. Some came over and handed you drinks and sweets while you were resting so it was nice to have that support and being taken care of.Really enjoyed the merch and got myself a lovely top! And the food and coffee was so good! Just what you needed after completing a hyrox! The hyrox alone was also a very good decent price to pay for. We were very happy about that as we have done a few local ones and so far it’s being the most reasonably priced one to take part in. The tunes were class and kept you going, would maybe suggest to try and have beats outside for running too as it was tough going out there at times! But overall loved it! Was very well looked after and a deadly set up! Unreal job and well done to the KD team 👏🏻 will definitely be back!!

I really enjoyed the class. It was my first time attending and tbh, I didn’t expect to be greater the way I was. I was made to feel like a regular from the go. Attention to make sure I was comfortable with the wod and also pushed to give my best performance all while the craic was great. A lot of people forget training should be hard and fun and this had both. I signed up when leaving and attended another the next day and it was the same experience. Absolute gem of a gym.

5:30 sweats are always fun. You’ll always be sure to have a few wee birthday burpees threw in when it’s someone’s special day !! Iv gained PBs, worked on posture and form. A little healthy competition threw in some mornings also. KD Fitness making training fun and worth rolling out of bed a few hours earlier🫶🏼

As always a brilliant class. Every class is different and always a challenge that makes you feel better once finished. Would highly recommend any1 to join, from beginners to experienced gym users. You won't regret it, I certainly haven't. 💪

KD fitness is an amazing gym. The classes are always different and well planned. My favourite coaches are Karla and Gaffer 😊 our 7.30pm classes are her favourite also. The young girl who does the stretches at the end is also brilliant I think use should hire her as a coach 😘
