Sally is very professional and takes pride in her work. I had never had a sports deep tissue massage and she made me aware of muscles that I didn’t even knew existed! I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and even after my first deep tissue massage I can see a difference in the tingling/numbness in my hands. She also is knowledgeable of the science behind why our body works and responds in different situations! Which was very cool!Highly recommend her and will be coming back!!!!

My massage therapist is the real deal… professional, sweet, and so thoughtful. She always tells me my problem areas afterward and gives me a clear plan for next time. The ambience is perfect every visit; great music, great smell, just relaxing all around. I’d honestly do a 2 hour session with her every single week if I could!

Sally is the best there ever was. I've been seeing her for over two years and she has transformed my ability to be active and pain free. She works some magic, go see for yourself.

I had never done a massage of any kind before visiting SportFlex BHAM. Sally was professional, knowledgeable and worked out knots and tightness that had accumulated from years of sports. A deep tissue massage with her has become a monthly regiment for me. Highly recommend.
