10/10…would DEFINITELY recommend! I was introduced to SportsFlex through my gym. I have received several massages at the gym, but decided to visit the office today. It made me feel like I’ve been cheating myself by only getting the massages at the gym lol! Not because they don’t do an excellent job there, but because I didn’t know how much I needed the FULL experience. The office is so calming and tranquil and Sally and Austin were the icing on the cake! Professionalism at its peak AND the massage was excellent. They have snacks and water available as well (which is also a plus). I didn’t want to leave. It’s rare these days to feel like you’re getting your money’s worth and great customer service in the same place, but I received that and more today! I am adding SportsFlex to my monthly expenses! But hey, don’t just take my word for it, please go see for yourself. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!!

Last week I received a dm from the owner of SportsFlex BHAM, Sally Chatman, thanking me for helping dumpster doggie Patches❤️❤️❤️ Not only did she thank me but she was kind enough to treat me to a free massage at her studio!!! Guys… 🤩 I can’t express in enough words how amazing it was!!! I work in a profession that’s hard on my back and neck, and I’ve been in two wrecks over the last year that only added to the stiffness and pain - since my massage last week I’ve felt like a new person!!! The team was friendly and professional, the studio was impeccably clean, and did I mention how much I just love that a small, female-minority owned business is giving back to the community for good causes?! How lovely of a person is she?!!! Friends, if you’re looking for a serious way to untie those knots and relax, you’ve gotta check this place out!!!
