Last week I received a dm from the owner of SportsFlex BHAM, Sally Chatman, thanking me for helping dumpster doggie Patches❤️❤️❤️ Not only did she thank me but she was kind enough to treat me to a free massage at her studio!!! Guys… 🤩 I can’t express in enough words how amazing it was!!! I work in a profession that’s hard on my back and neck, and I’ve been in two wrecks over the last year that only added to the stiffness and pain - since my massage last week I’ve felt like a new person!!! The team was friendly and professional, the studio was impeccably clean, and did I mention how much I just love that a small, female-minority owned business is giving back to the community for good causes?! Sally is absolutely GREAT at what she does! She has been educated and professionally trained in her field! She is professional, efficient, and her clients are repeat customers which allows her work to speak for itself! Having a small business allows you to be hands on with your customers so you are able to give each client the special attention they deserve! She’s a one WOMAN show and she’s doing outstanding! Sally is great and amazing at what she does. The was she manages to provides excellent customer while being a sole business owner is something to marvel about. I was in a session and her phone was ringing of the hook, and I told her she could answer but she was like she didn't feel right stopping. As soon as my session was complete she was following back up with those seeking her services before her next appointment walked in. I felt like a new person walking out!! Keep up the great work!! Less
