On Saturday September 12, I went to Pleasantdale Ambulatory Care Center to get a medial branch block procedure done (fancy way to say " I got the irritated nerves in my back numbed). Everyone there was very pleasant (and this was at 6:30 in the morning!). The facility was immaculate and the entire "process" from the time you walk in to the time of my procedure was quick with no problems. The procedure was done by a phenomenal physician. His name is Dr. Rehan Ali. Dr. Ali is double board-certified in interventional pain medicine and anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Beyond those impressive credentials, he's a very nice, personable doctor with a fantastic bedside manner. I chose NOT to have anesthesia and was awake during the entireprocedure. I felt NO pain and Dr. Ali kept me abreast of what he was doing and constantly asked if I felt any discomfort, which as I stated I did not. Within a week afterwards I felt absolutely NO PAIN and that's all I wanted. I can not recommend Dr. Ali more. This was my second successful and painless procedure with him so I knew I was in the best possible hands throughout my procedure. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Ali.
